حددت محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة جلسة 26 سبتمبر القادم، لنظر أولى جلسات استئناف المتهمة بخطف طفلة رضيعة من داخل مستشفى الحسين الجامعي بمنطقة الجمالية. وكانت المحكمة قد عاقبت سيدة تدعى «صفاء» بالسجن لمدة 7 سنوات، بعد إدانتها في واقعة اختطاف رضيعة حديثة الولادة من داخل المستشفى.
مخطط مسبق
وأسندت النيابة العامة إلى المتهمة تهمة اختطاف طفلة رضيعة، بعدما أعدت، وفقًا للتحقيقات، مخططًا مسبقًا للحصول على طفل، بسبب معاناتها من مشكلة تمنعها من الحمل. وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمة توجهت إلى مستشفى الحسين الجامعي مرتدية نقابًا لإخفاء هويتها، وبدأت في البحث داخل المستشفى عن طفلة يمكنها اختطافها. وأضافت التحقيقات أن المتهمة تعرفت على والدة الطفلة وتوددت إليها وإلى أفراد أسرتها، ثم رافقتهم داخل الغرفة المخصصة لهم عقب الولادة. وأوضحت التحقيقات أن المتهمة استغلت انفرادها بوالدة الرضيعة لعدة دقائق، وخطفت الطفلة وأخفتها بين ملابسها، قبل أن تحاول مغادرة المستشفى دون إثارة الشبهات.
فحص الواقعة
وتعود أحداث الواقعة إلى 14 أبريل 2026، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغًا من والدة رضيعة يفيد باختطاف طفلتها من داخل مستشفى الحسين الجامعي على يد سيدة منقبة. وبدأت الأجهزة الأمنية في فحص ملابسات الواقعة، ومراجعة كاميرات المراقبة داخل المستشفى وفي محيطها، حيث جرى تفريغ أكثر من 122 كاميرا، وصولًا إلى مدينة بدر. وأسفرت التحريات عن تحديد هوية المتهمة، وتبين أنها تقيم بدائرة قسم شرطة بدر، وتمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبطها وبحوزتها الطفلة المختطفة، قبل إعادتها إلى أسرتها. واتخذت الأجهزة الأمنية الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وأحيلت المتهمة إلى جهات التحقيق، التي قدمتها للمحاكمة، حتى صدر ضدها حكم بالسجن 7 سنوات، قبل أن تحدد المحكمة جلسة 26 سبتمبر القادم لنظر استئنافها.
The North Cairo Criminal Court has set a session for September 26 to consider the first hearing of the appeal by the defendant accused of abducting a baby girl from inside Al-Hussein University Hospital in the Al-Jamaleya area. The court had previously sentenced a woman named "Safaa" to 7 years in prison after convicting her of the abduction of a newborn baby from inside the hospital.
Premeditated Plan
The Public Prosecution charged the defendant with the abduction of a baby girl, after she allegedly prepared, according to investigations, a premeditated plan to obtain a child due to her suffering from a condition that prevents her from becoming pregnant. Investigations revealed that the defendant went to Al-Hussein University Hospital wearing a niqab to conceal her identity and began searching within the hospital for a baby she could abduct. The investigations added that the defendant befriended the baby's mother and her family members, then accompanied them into the room designated for them after the birth. The investigations clarified that the defendant took advantage of being alone with the baby's mother for several minutes, abducted the child, and concealed her among her clothes before attempting to leave the hospital without raising suspicions.
Examination of the Incident
The events of the incident date back to April 14, 2026, when security agencies received a report from the mother of the baby girl stating that her child had been abducted from inside Al-Hussein University Hospital by a veiled woman. The security agencies began examining the circumstances of the incident and reviewing surveillance cameras inside and around the hospital, where more than 122 cameras were analyzed, extending to Badr City. Investigations led to the identification of the defendant, who was found to reside within the jurisdiction of Badr Police Station. The security agencies managed to apprehend her with the abducted child in her possession before returning the baby to her family. The security agencies took the necessary legal measures, and the defendant was referred to the investigative authorities, which brought her to trial, resulting in a 7-year prison sentence before the court set a session for September 26 to consider her appeal.
