لم تشفع له مكانته الرياضية ولا قدسية العلاقة الزوجية، حيث تحول مدرب مصري إلى مطارد أمنياً بعدما تجرد من مشاعره وقام بابتزاز زوجته وتهديدها بنشر صور خاصة لها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. الفضيحة التي بدأت بصرخة استغاثة من الزوجة عبر الإنترنت، انتهت بسقوط الزوج في كمين الأجهزة الأمنية فور وطأت قدماه أرض مصر.
فيديو الاستغاثة.. عندما تحركت «الداخلية» فوراً
تعود بداية القضية إلى محافظة الدقهلية، حيث ضجت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بمقطع فيديو مؤثر لسيدة تبكي وتستغيث من بطش زوجها وتعمده ابتزازها وتهديدها بنشر صورها العائلية والخاصة لتدمير سمعتها.
التفاعل الجماهيري الواسع دفع وزارة الداخلية المصرية إلى التحرك الفوري والسريع:
- الفحص الفني: أسفر فحص قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات عن ثبوت صحة الواقعة وتحديد هوية الجاني.
- الهروب للخارج: تبين للأمن أن المشكو في حقه كان متواجداً خارج البلاد وقت نشر الفيديو، ظناً منه أن الغربة ستحميه من الملاحقة.
- ترقب الوصول: أعلنت الوزارة رسمياً في الأول من يوليو الجاري اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وإدراج اسمه على قوائم ترقب الوصول بالموانئ والمطارات.
مصيدة العودة.. سقط في قبضتهم
مع ظن المتهم أن الأزمة قد هدأت، قرر العودة إلى مصر. لكن المفاجأة كانت في انتظار مدرب ألعاب القوى المصري الهارب، حيث كان رجال الأمن يترصدون حركته بدقة، وتم إلقاء القبض عليه فور وصوله تنفيذاً لأمر الضبط والإحضار القضائي الصادر بحقه.
وجرى ترحيل المتهم مباشرة لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، تمهيداً لعرضه على جهات التحقيق المختصة بمحافظة الدقهلية لمواجهة التهم الثقيلة الموجهة إليه.
يذكر أن قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات في مصر يشدد على عقوبات رادعة في قضايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني، حيث يواجه مدرب ألعاب القوى (المتهم) عقوبة السجن التي قد تصل إلى 5 سنوات وغرامات مالية باهظة، وتغلظ العقوبة كون الجاني استغل رابطة الزوجية والدخول إلى الحياة الخاصة للضحية لتنفيذ تهديده.

The Rescue Video.. When the "Interior" Moved Immediately
The case began in the Dakahlia Governorate, where social media platforms were flooded with an emotional video of a woman crying and pleading for help from her husband's oppression and his deliberate extortion, threatening to publish her family and private photos to destroy her reputation.
The widespread public reaction prompted the Egyptian Ministry of Interior to take immediate and swift action:
- Technical Examination: The examination by the Information Technology Sector confirmed the validity of the incident and identified the perpetrator.
- Fleeing Abroad: Security discovered that the accused was outside the country at the time the video was published, believing that being abroad would protect him from prosecution.
- Arrival Monitoring: The ministry officially announced on July 1st that it had taken all necessary legal measures and placed his name on the watch lists at ports and airports.
The Return Trap.. He Fell into Their Hands
Believing that the crisis had calmed down, the accused decided to return to Egypt. However, a surprise awaited the fugitive Egyptian athletics coach, as security personnel were closely monitoring his movements, and he was arrested immediately upon his arrival in execution of the judicial arrest warrant issued against him.
The accused was promptly transferred to undergo all necessary legal procedures, in preparation for presenting him to the relevant investigative authorities in Dakahlia Governorate to face the serious charges against him.
It is worth noting that the Anti-Cyber Crime Law in Egypt imposes severe penalties in cases of electronic extortion, where the athletics coach (the accused) faces a prison sentence of up to 5 years and hefty fines, with the penalty being aggravated because the perpetrator exploited the marital bond and intruded into the victim's private life to carry out his threat.
