شهدت قرية الأخيوة التابعة لمركز الحسينية بمحافظة الشرقية، جريمة مأساوية هزت أركان القرية، إذ أقدم زوج على إنهاء حياة زوجته طعناً بسلاح أبيض أمام طفليهما الصغيرين، إثر خلافات زوجية متكررة.
تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الشرقية إخطاراً يفيد بورود بلاغ بمقتل سيدة داخل مسكنها بقرية الأخيوة.
وانتقلت قوات الأمن والمباحث إلى موقع الحادثة على الفور، وبالفحص تبين مقتل ربة منزل تدعى سماح م. ع، تبلغ من العمر 26 عاماً، مصابة بطعنات عدة نافذة.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية أن مرتكب الجريمة هو زوجها محمد.ا، 36 عاماً، عاطل عن العمل، ومقيم بالقرية ذاتها، وقد سدد لزوجته 3 طعنات متفرقة في الرقبة والظهر، ما أدى إلى مصرعها على الفور داخل منزل الزوجية.
وقعت الحادثة أمام طفليهما، 5 سنوات، و3 سنوات، وذلك بسبب خلافات أسرية وزوجية متكررة بين الزوجين.
ونُقلت جثة الضحية إلى ثلاجة حفظ الموتى بمستشفى الحسينية العام، وتم التحفظ عليها تحت تصرف النيابة العامة لإجراء الصفة التشريحية وتحديد سبب الوفاة بدقة.
كما تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط المتهم في وقت قياسي، وتحرر محضر بالواقعة برقم 1947 لسنة 2026 إداري مركز الحسينية، وأخطرت النيابة العامة التي تولت التحقيقات.
من جانبها، استدعت النيابة العامة المتهم لمواجهته بالاتهامات المنسوبة إليه، كما أمرت بسرعة تحريات المباحث حول الواقعة، وطلبت تقرير الطب الشرعي لبيان سبب الوفاة، والتصريح بدفن الجثمان عقب الانتهاء من الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية أن المتهم أقدم على إنهاء حياة زوجته طعناً باستخدام سلاح أبيض، وذلك إثر نشوب خلافات زوجية بينهما، إذ وقعت الجريمة أمام طفليهما داخل مسكن الأسرة.
فيما تواصل جهات التحقيق استكمال التحقيقات وسماع أقوال الشهود، تمهيداً لاتخاذ القرارات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة بما في ذلك إحالة المتهم إلى المحاكمة الجنائية.
مأساة أسرية تهز قرية مصرية.. زوج يقتل زوجته أمام طفليه
The village of Al-Akhiywa, belonging to the center of Al-Husseiniya in Sharqia Governorate, witnessed a tragic crime that shook the foundations of the village, as a husband took the life of his wife by stabbing her with a sharp weapon in front of their two young children, following repeated marital disputes.
The security authorities in the Sharqia Security Directorate received a report of a woman being killed inside her home in the village of Al-Akhiywa.
Security and investigation forces immediately moved to the scene of the incident, and upon examination, it was found that a housewife named Samah M. A, 26 years old, had been killed with several penetrating stab wounds.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the perpetrator of the crime was her husband, Mohamed A., 36 years old, unemployed, and residing in the same village. He inflicted three separate stab wounds to his wife’s neck and back, which led to her immediate death inside their marital home.
The incident occurred in front of their two children, aged 5 and 3 years, due to ongoing family and marital disputes between the couple.
The victim's body was transferred to the morgue at Al-Husseiniya General Hospital, and it was retained under the authority of the public prosecution to conduct an autopsy and accurately determine the cause of death.
The security forces were also able to apprehend the suspect in a timely manner, and a report of the incident was registered under number 1947 for the year 2026 at the Al-Husseiniya administrative center, and the public prosecution was notified to take over the investigations.
For its part, the public prosecution summoned the suspect to confront him with the charges against him, and ordered a swift investigation by the detectives regarding the incident, requesting a forensic report to determine the cause of death and authorization for the burial of the body after completing the necessary legal procedures.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect had ended his wife’s life by stabbing her with a sharp weapon, following marital disputes between them, as the crime occurred in front of their children inside the family home.
Meanwhile, the investigative authorities continue to complete the investigations and hear witness statements, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions regarding the incident, including referring the suspect to criminal trial.
