أسدلت محكمة جنايات الأحداث بالإسماعيلية، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، الستار على قضية الطفل قاتل زميله، والمعروفة إعلامياً بقضية «طفل المنشار».
وقضت المحكمة في جلستها المنعقدة اليوم، بإيداع الطفل القاتل في دار رعاية الأحداث لمدة 15 عاماً.
وكانت محافظة الإسماعيلية قد شهدت 12 أكتوبر الماضي، جريمة بشعة، إذ قام طفل يدعى «يوسف. أ» يبلغ من العمر 13 عاماً بقتل صديقه «محمد» بعد استدراجه لمنزله بمنطقة المحطة الجديدة، وتم تقطيع جثته باستخدام منشار كهربائي (صاروخ) وإلقائها بمنطقة نائية، الأمر الذي أثار الرأي العام في الشارع المصري لبشاعة الحادثة.
ووفقاً للتحقيقات الأولية، استدرج الطفل الجاني زميله إلى منزل أسرته في غياب والديه، ثم اعتدى عليه بالضرب حتى فارق الحياة، قبل أن يُحضر منشار والده الكهربائي، ويشرع في تقطيع الجثة إلى أشلاء متأثراً بمشاهد شاهدها في أحد المسلسلات العنيفة وألعاب الفيديو الإلكترونية.
فيما أمرت جهات التحقيق بإجراء تحليل الحمض النووي للمتهم لمطابقة الأدلة الجنائية، واستكمال إجراءات الفحص الفني للأدوات المستخدمة في الجريمة، وخلال جلسات التحقيق، أدلى الطفل المتهم باعترافات تفصيلية مثيرة، مؤكداً أنه قرر قتل زميله بعد مشادة كلامية بينهما في المدرسة.
وقال إنه شاهد في أحد الأفلام الأجنبية مشهداً لطريقة قتل مروّعة، فقرر «تجربتها» بنفس الأسلوب مع زميله.
وأوضح في اعترافاته أنه استدرج الضحية إلى منطقة المحطة الجديدة بمدينة الإسماعيلية، ثم ضربه بعصا خشبية على رأسه حتى سقط أرضاً وفارق الحياة. وبعدها عاد إلى المنزل وأحضر المنشار الكهربائي وبدأ في تمزيق الجثمان إلى أجزاء صغيرة حتى يسهل نقلها داخل حقيبته المدرسية.
وكانت محكمة جنايات أحداث الطفل بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، قررت فى جلستها السابقة تأجيل القضية ليوم 24 فبراير، وذلك بعد أن تقدّم محامي المتهم بطلب رد هيئة المحكمة دون إبداء أسباب قانونية، ما ترتب عليه تغيّبه عن الجلسة السابقة، وقيام المحكمة بانتداب محامٍ آخر للدفاع عن المتهم، مع استمرار نظر القضية وفقاً للإجراءات القانونية المتبعة.
وأكد محامي المجني عليه أن تقرير الطب النفسي الصادر عن اللجان المختصة بالمجلس الإقليمي للصحة النفسية حول الحالة العقلية للمتهم «يوسف.أ» أقر تمتعه بكامل قواه العقلية ومسؤوليته الجنائية الكاملة عن الواقعة البشعة، وقت ارتكاب الجريمة.
وكان محامي المتهم قد تقدم خلال الجلسات السابقة بطلب عرضه على الطب النفسي، مشككاً في سلامة قواه العقلية نظراً لبشاعة الجريمة، وهو الطلب الذي استجابت له المحكمة وقررت إحالة المتهم إلى اللجان المختصة لإعداد تقرير شامل عن حالته النفسية والعقلية.
The Juvenile Criminal Court in Ismailia today (Tuesday) closed the case of the child who killed his friend, known in the media as the "Saw Boy" case.
The court ruled in its session held today to place the killer child in a juvenile care home for 15 years.
On October 12, the Ismailia governorate witnessed a horrific crime, where a 13-year-old boy named "Yusuf A." killed his friend "Mohamed" after luring him to his home in the New Station area. He then dismembered the body using a power saw and disposed of it in a remote area, which sparked public outrage in Egyptian streets due to the gruesomeness of the incident.
According to preliminary investigations, the perpetrator lured his classmate to his family's home in the absence of his parents, then assaulted him until he died, before bringing his father's electric saw and starting to cut the body into pieces, influenced by scenes he had seen in a violent series and video games.
Investigative authorities ordered a DNA analysis of the accused to match the forensic evidence and to complete the technical examination procedures of the tools used in the crime. During the investigation sessions, the accused child made detailed and shocking confessions, confirming that he decided to kill his classmate after a verbal altercation between them at school.
He stated that he had seen a scene in a foreign film depicting a horrific method of killing, so he decided to "try it" in the same way with his classmate.
In his confessions, he explained that he lured the victim to the New Station area in Ismailia, then struck him on the head with a wooden stick until he fell to the ground and died. After that, he returned home, brought the electric saw, and began to tear the body into small pieces to make it easier to transport in his school bag.
The Juvenile Criminal Court in Ismailia had previously decided to postpone the case to February 24, after the defendant's lawyer submitted a request to dismiss the court without providing legal reasons, which led to his absence from the previous session, and the court appointed another lawyer to defend the accused, while continuing to consider the case according to the legal procedures in place.
The lawyer for the victim confirmed that the psychological report issued by the specialized committees of the regional mental health council regarding the mental state of the accused "Yusuf A." acknowledged that he possessed full mental faculties and full criminal responsibility for the horrific incident at the time the crime was committed.
The defendant's lawyer had previously submitted a request for him to be evaluated by a psychiatrist, questioning his mental soundness due to the heinous nature of the crime, a request that the court responded to by deciding to refer the accused to the specialized committees to prepare a comprehensive report on his psychological and mental state.
