أسدلت محكمة جنايات مستأنف الإسكندرية الستار على واحدة من أبشع الجرائم التي هزّت الرأي العام، بعدما قضت، برئاسة المستشار السيد عبد المطلب سرحان وعضوية المستشارين الدكتور أيمن أحمد رمضان، وعلاء الدين بسيوني عبد النبي، وشريف عبد المقصود إبراهيم، بمعاقبة المحامي المتهم بقتل ثلاثة أشخاص عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار، والمعروف إعلاميًا بـ«سفاح المعمورة»، بالإعدام شنقًا، وذلك في القضية رقم 9046 لسنة 2025 جنايات قسم شرطة المنتزه ثان، عقب ورود الرأي الشرعي لمفتي الجمهورية.
وكانت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية قد أصدرت حكمها الأول في 27 يوليو الماضي بإعدام المتهم نصر الدين السيد، بعد ثبوت تورطه في قتل ثلاث ضحايا، من بينهم زوجته، في جرائم اتسمت بالقسوة والتخطيط المسبق.
وتسلمت هيئة المحكمة تقرير مستشفى العباسية للصحة النفسية، عقب إيداع المتهم لمدة 15 يومًا، والذي انتهى إلى سلامة قواه العقلية، وتحمله المسؤولية الجنائية الكاملة عن أفعاله، وتوافر الإدراك والتمييز لديه وقت ارتكاب الجرائم.
وخلال جلسات المحاكمة، طالبت النيابة العامة بتوقيع أقصى عقوبة قصاصًا لما اقترفه المتهم من جرائم بشعة، بينما أعلن محامي المتهم تنحيه عن الدفاع عنه بعد ثبوت سلامة قواه العقلية، ليتولى المتهم الدفاع عن نفسه أمام المحكمة.
واستمعت المحكمة إلى شهادات شهود الإثبات في وقائع ثلاث جرائم قتل عمد مع سبق الإصرار، اقترنت اثنتان منها بجنايتي الخطف بطريق التحايل والإكراه والسرقة، في حين حاول المتهم التشكيك في أقوال الشهود دون أن ينجح في دحض الأدلة.
وأكدت التحقيقات أن المتهم قتل كلًا من المهندس «م. أ. م»، وزوجته «م. ف. ث» ربة منزل، وموكلته «ت. ع. ر» ربة منزل، وقام بإخفاء جثامينهم داخل وحدتين سكنيتين مستأجرتين باسمه. كما كشفت التحقيقات عن دفن المجني عليه الأول أسفل أرضية شقة بمنطقة العصافرة، بينما دُفنت الجثتان الثانية والثالثة أسفل أرضية شقة أخرى بمنطقة المعمورة، في محاولة لإخفاء جرائمه التي انتهت اليوم بحكم العدالة.
The Alexandria Court of Appeal has drawn the curtain on one of the most heinous crimes that shocked public opinion, after it ruled, under the presidency of Counselor Sayed Abdel-Motleb Sarhan and the membership of counselors Dr. Ayman Ahmed Ramadan, Alaa El-Din Basyouni Abdel Nabi, and Sherif Abdel-Maqsoud Ibrahim, to sentence the lawyer accused of intentionally killing three people with premeditation, known in the media as the "Murderer of Al-Mamoura," to death by hanging. This was in case number 9046 of 2025, criminal court of the Second Police Station of Montazah, following the legal opinion received from the Grand Mufti of the Republic.
The Alexandria Criminal Court had issued its initial ruling on July 27, last month, sentencing the accused Nasr El-Din El-Sayed to death after proving his involvement in the murder of three victims, including his wife, in crimes characterized by brutality and premeditation.
The court received a report from the Abbassia Mental Health Hospital, following the accused's detention for 15 days, which concluded that he was mentally fit and bore full criminal responsibility for his actions, possessing awareness and discernment at the time of committing the crimes.
During the trial sessions, the Public Prosecution demanded the maximum penalty in retribution for the heinous crimes committed by the accused, while the accused's lawyer announced his withdrawal from defending him after the mental fitness was established, allowing the accused to defend himself before the court.
The court listened to the testimonies of witnesses regarding the three premeditated murder incidents, two of which were associated with the crimes of kidnapping by deceit and coercion and theft, while the accused attempted to cast doubt on the witnesses' statements without succeeding in refuting the evidence.
Investigations confirmed that the accused killed both engineer "M. A. M," his wife "M. F. Th," a housewife, and his client "T. A. R," also a housewife, and concealed their bodies in two residential units rented in his name. Investigations also revealed that the first victim was buried under the floor of an apartment in the Al-Asafra area, while the second and third bodies were buried under the floor of another apartment in the Al-Mamoura area, in an attempt to hide his crimes, which ended today with the ruling of justice.
