هبطت اليوم (الأحد) أول طائرة ركاب مدنية في مدرج مطار الخرطوم الدولي، قادمة من مدينة بورتسودان، وذلك بعد توقفٍ استمر قرابة 3 أعوام بسبب الظروف التي فرضتها الحرب.
وأعلنت هيئة الطيران المدني السودانية في بيانها أن رحلة الخطوط الجوية السودانية (سودانير)، التي وصلت «محملة بالركاب»، تُعد إعلاناً رسمياً عن استئناف التشغيل الفعلي للمطار، وعودة شريان الحياة الجوي للعاصمة السودانية بعد فترة انقطاع طويلة.
Today (Sunday), the first commercial passenger plane landed at Khartoum International Airport's runway, coming from the city of Port Sudan, after a suspension that lasted nearly 3 years due to the circumstances imposed by the war.
The Sudanese Civil Aviation Authority announced in its statement that the Sudan Airways (Sudan Air) flight, which arrived "loaded with passengers," is an official announcement of the resumption of actual operations at the airport and the return of the air lifeline to the Sudanese capital after a long period of interruption.
