حذرت وزارة الموارد الطبيعية والبيئة بمقاطعة كيميروفو (كوباس) الروسية، اليوم، من «الحالة السوداء» وتقلبات الأحوال الجوية في مدينة نوفوكوزنتسك، وفي منطقة نوفوكوزنتسك الإدارية، ومدينة بروكوبيفسك بالمقاطعة.
وتوقعت الوزارة في بيان حدوث ظروف جوية غير مواتية؛ مما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع نسبة التلوث في الجو بمدينة نوفوكوزنتسك ومدينة بروكوبيفسك، ومنطقة نوفوكوزنتسك الإدارية، من يوم غد وحتى 3 فبراير 2026، داعيةً المؤسسات الصناعية في مدينة كيميروفو بأخذ تدابير للحد من الانبعاثات التي تلوث الغلاف الجوي.
يذكر أن ما يعرف بحالة «السماء السوداء» تعني انعدام هبوب الرياح وتكوّن الضباب وعوامل أخرى؛ مما يؤدي إلى تراكم سحب الدخان في الجو، وتدهور جودة الهواء؛ وتُعلن هذه الحالة دوريًا في مدن سيبيريا.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Kemerovo Region (Kuzbass) in Russia warned today of a "black sky" and fluctuations in weather conditions in the city of Novokuznetsk, in the Novokuznetsk administrative region, and in the city of Prokopyevsk in the region.
The ministry predicted in a statement that unfavorable weather conditions would lead to an increase in air pollution levels in the city of Novokuznetsk and the city of Prokopyevsk, as well as in the Novokuznetsk administrative region, from tomorrow until February 3, 2026, urging industrial institutions in the city of Kemerovo to take measures to reduce emissions that pollute the atmosphere.
It is worth noting that what is known as the "black sky" condition means the absence of wind, the formation of fog, and other factors that lead to the accumulation of smoke clouds in the air and a deterioration in air quality; this condition is announced periodically in Siberian cities.
