في حادثة مروعة شهدتها منطقة ترسا - الطالبية بمحافظة الجيزة بمصر، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم (الأحد)، سقطت سيارة نقل ثقيل (تريلا) من أعلى الطريق الدائري عند وصلة المريوطية، ما أسفر عن مصرع السائق وتفحم جثمانه داخل السيارة، بالإضافة إلى خسائر مادية جسيمة شملت حريقاً هائلاً امتد إلى مقهى وجزء من عقار سكني ومحل تجاري.

سقوط تريلا أعلى دائري المريوطية
بدأت الواقعة عندما اختلت عجلة القيادة من يد السائق أعلى الكوبري، ما أدى إلى انحراف التريلا وارتطامها بسور الطريق، ثم سقوطها من ارتفاع عالٍ.
اشتعال النيران
وخلال السقوط، دهست السيارة ثلاث سيارات ملاكي متوقفة أسفل الدائري، قبل أن تصطدم بمقهى أسفل عقار سكني، ما تسبب في اشتعال النيران بالتريلا بالكامل وامتداد الحريق إلى المقهى والعقار المجاور.

حريق هائل
تلقت غرفة عمليات النجدة بلاغاً فورياً يفيد بنشوب حريق أسفل الطريق الدائري بمنطقة ترسا، فانتقلت على الفور قوات الحماية المدنية مدعومة بعدة سيارات إطفاء، وتمكنت من السيطرة على النيران وإخمادها قبل امتدادها إلى باقي العقار السكني.
كما استخدمت معدات ثقيلة ولودر لرفع حطام التريلا وإزالة آثار الدمار، وسط جهود مكثفة من الأجهزة الأمنية لإعادة فتح الطريق وتسيير الحركة المرورية التي شهدت كثافات عالية.
قرارات النيابة العامة
من جانبها، أجرت النيابة العامة بالجيزة معاينة تصويرية لموقع الحادثة، ونظرت في جثمان السائق الذي تم نقله إلى المشرحة، وأمرت بتشريح الجثة لتحديد سبب الوفاة بدقة، مع استمرار التحقيقات لفحص السيارة فنياً وتحديد ما إذا كان هناك إهمال أو مخالفات مرورية ساهمت في الحادثة.
وأكدت التحريات الأولية أن الحادثة نجمت عن فقدان السيطرة فقط، دون إصابات أخرى بين المارة أو السكان، فيما لم يتم الكشف عن هوية السائق حتى الآن، لكن المصادر الأمنية أشارت إلى أنه لقي مصرعه فوراً جراء شدة الاصطدام والحريق.
In a horrific incident that occurred in the Tersa - Talbiya area of Giza Governorate, Egypt, in the early hours of this morning (Sunday), a heavy truck (trailer) fell from the top of the ring road at the Marioutiya junction, resulting in the death of the driver, whose body was charred inside the vehicle, in addition to significant material losses that included a massive fire that spread to a café, part of a residential building, and a commercial shop.

Trailer Falls from the Marioutiya Ring Road
The incident began when the steering wheel slipped from the driver’s hands at the top of the bridge, causing the trailer to veer off and collide with the road barrier, then fall from a great height.
Fire Eruption
During the fall, the vehicle crushed three parked cars beneath the ring road, before crashing into a café under a residential building, which caused the trailer to catch fire completely and the blaze to spread to the café and the adjacent building.

Mighty Fire
The emergency operations room received an immediate report of a fire breaking out beneath the ring road in the Tersa area, prompting the civil protection forces to rush to the scene, supported by several fire trucks. They managed to control and extinguish the flames before they spread to the rest of the residential building.
Heavy equipment and a loader were also used to lift the trailer debris and remove the traces of destruction, amidst intensive efforts from security agencies to reopen the road and facilitate traffic flow, which had experienced high congestion.
Public Prosecution Decisions
For its part, the public prosecution in Giza conducted a photographic inspection of the accident site and examined the body of the driver, which was transferred to the morgue, ordering an autopsy to accurately determine the cause of death, while investigations continued to technically examine the vehicle and determine whether there was negligence or traffic violations that contributed to the incident.
Initial investigations confirmed that the accident resulted solely from loss of control, with no other injuries reported among pedestrians or residents. The identity of the driver has not yet been revealed, but security sources indicated that he died instantly due to the severity of the collision and fire.
