ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية القبض على امرأة ليبية الجنسية، بتهمة انتحال صفة طبيبة تجميل وإدارة عيادة غير مرخصة بمنطقة أكتوبر في محافظة الجيزة، مع الترويج لنشاطها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
انتحال صفة طبية
وكشفت التحريات أن المتهمة كانت تمارس نشاطاً غير قانوني من خلال الادعاء بأنها طبيبة متخصصة في مجال التجميل، رغم عدم حصولها على أي تراخيص رسمية من الجهات المختصة، ما يشكل خطراً مباشراً على صحة المتعاملين معها.
عيادة دون ترخيص
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن المتهمة أدارت عيادة تجميل في الجيزة دون تصريح قانوني، وقدمت خدمات طبية تجميلية لعدد من العملاء، مستغلة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لنشاطها واستقطاب الزبائن بهدف تحقيق مكاسب مالية غير مشروعة.
مداهمة وضبط
وبعد تقنين الإجراءات والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، داهمت قوات الأمن مقر العيادة، وتم ضبط المتهمة وبحوزتها هاتف محمول يحتوي على أدلة رقمية توثق نشاطها، إضافة إلى كميات كبيرة من الأدوية والمستحضرات الطبية مجهولة المصدر، ومبالغ مالية نقدية.
اعترافات وتحقيقات
وبمواجهة المتهمة بالأدلة، أقرت بمزاولة مهنة الطب دون ترخيص وانتحال صفة طبيبة تجميل بغرض الكسب المادي. وقررت جهات التحقيق حبسها أربعة أيام على ذمة القضية، مع استمرار التحقيقات لكشف ملابسات الواقعة وحصر أي ضحايا محتملين.

Investigations revealed that the accused was engaging in illegal activities by claiming to be a specialized cosmetic doctor, despite not having any official licenses from the relevant authorities, which poses a direct danger to the health of her clients.
Unlicensed Clinic
The investigations showed that the accused operated a cosmetic clinic in Giza without legal authorization and provided cosmetic medical services to several clients, exploiting social media platforms to promote her activities and attract customers for the purpose of making illegal financial gains.
Raid and Arrest
After legal procedures were taken and coordination with the relevant authorities, security forces raided the clinic's location, and the accused was arrested with a mobile phone containing digital evidence documenting her activities, in addition to large quantities of unverified medications and medical products, as well as cash amounts.
Confessions and Investigations
When confronted with the evidence, the accused admitted to practicing medicine without a license and impersonating a cosmetic doctor for financial gain. The investigative authorities decided to detain her for four days pending the case, while continuing investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident and identify any potential victims.

This incident is part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to combat crimes of impersonating medical professions, especially in the field of cosmetic medicine, which is witnessing a proliferation of unlicensed clinics that pose a threat to the health of citizens.
