ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية في مصر، اليوم (الجمعة)، القبض على ماجدة الحشاش، البالغة من العمر 60 عاماً، والدة الإعلامية الراحلة شيماء جمال، التي قُتلت عام 2022 على يد زوجها القاضي السابق أيمن حجاج وشريكه حسين الغرابلي (تم تنفيذ حكم الإعدام بحقهما في أغسطس 2025).

يأتي هذا التطور في سياق توترات مستمرة منذ مقتل شيماء جمال، إذ كانت والدتها تظهر بانتظام في البرامج التلفزيونية للدفاع عن ذكرى ابنتها، لكن بعض الظهور أثار جدلاً بسبب اتهامات متبادلة مع أطراف أخرى مرتبطة بالقضية.
وفي سياق منفصل، حددت محكمة جنح العمرانية الجزئية جلسة يوم 15 يناير 2026 لنظر جنحة مباشرة رفعها المحاميان إبراهيم طنطاوي وعلياء محمد ضد والدة شيماء جمال، متهمين إياها بالسب والقذف العلني والتهديد والتشهير واقتحام الحياة الخاصة، من خلال تصريحاتها في لقاءات تلفزيونية ومنصات رقمية.

Investigations also revealed that there are previous judicial rulings that must be enforced against the late media figure's mother in two cases related to "breach of trust," issued by the misdemeanors court in Matrouh, which may add to the current proceedings.
This development comes amid ongoing tensions since the murder of Shaimaa Gamal, as her mother regularly appeared on television programs to defend her daughter's memory, but some appearances sparked controversy due to mutual accusations with other parties linked to the case.
In a separate context, the Partial Misdemeanor Court in Al-Omrania has set a session for January 15, 2026, to consider a direct misdemeanor case filed by lawyers Ibrahim Tantawy and Alia Mohammed against Shaimaa Gamal's mother, accusing her of public defamation, threats, and invasion of privacy through her statements in television interviews and digital platforms.
