تعرضت صانعة المحتوى الليبية خنساء مجاهد مساء أمس (الجمعة) لإطلاق نار من قبل مسلحين مجهولين أثناء وجودها داخل سيارتها في منطقة السراج غرب العاصمة طرابلس، ما أدى إلى مقتلها، في حادثة أثارت صدمة واسعة في ليبيا.
وأظهرت مقاطع فيديو متداولة على مواقع التواصل آثار الرصاص على زجاج السيارة، بينما بدت خنساء مجاهد ملقاة على الأرض بعد أن فارقت الحياة، في حين لم تتضح بعد دوافع الحادثة أو الجهة المسؤولة عنها.
وأكد أحد الشهود أن خنساء مجاهد حاولت الهرب والنزول من السيارة لحظة بدء إطلاق النار، إلا أنها تعرضت لإصابات قاتلة، فيما بقيت السيارة في وضع التشغيل لوقت طويل بعد وفاتها.
وتعد خنساء مجاهد من أشهر صانعات المحتوى في ليبيا، وذات حضور قوي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خصوصاً بين النساء، إلى جانب امتلاكها مشروعًا لبيع الألبسة النسائية وصالون تجميل. كما أنها زوجة معاذ المنفوخ، عضو لجنة الحوار السياسي السابق والقيادي في الزاوية.
وأشارت المؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان إلى أن التحقيقات الأولية تشير إلى أن الحادثة كانت تستهدف زوجها معاذ المنفوخ، وأن عناصر خارج القانون تابعة لجهاز الأمن العام والتمركزات الأمنية بوزارة الداخلية في حكومة الوحدة الوطنية ربما تكون متورطة.
من جانبه، أصدر وزير الداخلية عماد الطرابلسي تعليماته بفتح تحقيق شامل في الواقعة، مع تشكيل فريق عمل من المتخصصين لجمع المعلومات والتحري لضبط الجناة وإحالتهم إلى القضاء.
وفي أول ردود الفعل القانونية، قال المستشار القانوني هشام الحاراتي إن استمرار الانفلات الأمني في العاصمة هو مسؤولية الحكومة وحدها، مضيفًا أن تقاعسها عن حماية الأرواح والممتلكات يضعها تحت طائلة القانون والأخلاق.
وتسببت الحادثة في موجة استنكار واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث عبّر الليبيون عن صدمتهم وسخطهم من تكرار الجرائم دون ملاحقة مرتكبيها، خصوصاً استهداف الناشطات في البلاد.

Khansa Mujahid is considered one of the most famous content creators in Libya, with a strong presence on social media, especially among women, in addition to owning a women's clothing business and a beauty salon. She is also the wife of Muadh Al-Manfoukh, a former member of the political dialogue committee and a leader in Zawiya.
The National Human Rights Institution indicated that preliminary investigations suggest that the incident targeted her husband, Muadh Al-Manfoukh, and that elements outside the law affiliated with the General Security and security centers of the Ministry of Interior in the National Unity Government may be involved.
For his part, Interior Minister Imad Al-Trabelsi issued instructions to open a comprehensive investigation into the incident, forming a specialized team to gather information and investigate to apprehend the perpetrators and refer them to justice.
In the first legal reactions, legal advisor Hisham Al-Harati stated that the ongoing security chaos in the capital is solely the government's responsibility, adding that its failure to protect lives and property places it under legal and ethical scrutiny.
The incident caused a wave of condemnation on social media, where Libyans expressed their shock and outrage at the recurrence of crimes without the perpetrators being pursued, especially the targeting of activists in the country.
