في جريمة تقشعرّ لها الأبدان تجاوزت حدود الخلافات الأسرية، أقدم أب في قرية النخاس التابعة لمركز الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية في مصر على تعذيب طفلته بوحشية حتى فارقت الحياة.
الأجهزة الأمنية تحركت على الفور، وألقت القبض على الجاني، فيما كشفت التحريات الأولية أن دوافع الجريمة تعود إلى خلافات أسرية دفعت الأب لارتكاب فعلٍ صادم هزّ وجدان الشارع المصري.
وعذب الأب الجاني، الذي يعمل تاجراً للمواشي، ابنته البالغة من العمر 12 عاماً، على مدار أسبوع كامل، بسبب خلافات أسرية حادة بينه وبين زوجته، التي رفعت دعوى قضائية للحصول على حضانة الطفلة، وفق صحف محلية.
وبدلاً من أن يتحمل الأب مسؤوليته ويحترم حقوق ابنته، اختار الانتقام منها، لتدفع الطفلة الثمن الأكبر، في ظل فشل الأبوين في حل خلافاتهما بطرق قانونية وإنسانية.
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن الأب استخدم أساليب وحشية في تعذيب ابنته، من بينها الحروق، وضربها بعصا خشبية، إضافة إلى قلع أظافر يديها، وهي مشاهد تدل على درجة كبيرة من القسوة الدفينة.
وبعد ارتكاب جريمته، تخلص الأب من جثمان الطفلة في إحدى المناطق النائية بمركز منيا القمح، ثم فر هارباً، قبل أن يتم إلقاء القبض عليه.

The security forces immediately moved in and arrested the perpetrator, while initial investigations revealed that the motives for the crime stemmed from family disputes that drove the father to commit a shocking act that shook the conscience of the Egyptian street.
The perpetrator, who works as a livestock trader, tortured his 12-year-old daughter for an entire week due to intense family conflicts with his wife, who had filed a lawsuit to obtain custody of the child, according to local newspapers.
Instead of taking responsibility and respecting his daughter's rights, the father chose to take revenge on her, causing the child to pay the highest price, amidst the parents' failure to resolve their disputes through legal and humane means.
Investigations revealed that the father used brutal methods to torture his daughter, including burns, beating her with a wooden stick, and pulling out her fingernails, scenes that indicate a high degree of deep-seated cruelty.
After committing his crime, the father disposed of the child's body in a remote area in the Minya al-Qamh Center and then fled before being arrested.
