أعلنت عائلة ثرية تقيم في لندن حاجتها إلى معلم خاص لطفلها البالغ من العمر عاماً واحداً، براتب سنوي يصل إلى 180 ألف جنيه إسترليني.
وتريد العائلة تنشئة طفلها الرضيع وفق تقاليد الطبقة البريطانية الراقية، بهدف تأهيله مستقبلاً للالتحاق بمدارس مرموقة في بريطانيا.
ووفق إعلان الوظيفة المنشور عبر الملحق التعليمي لصحيفة «التايمز»، يجب أن يكون المرشح من «بيئة اجتماعية مناسبة»، ويتمتع بثقافة بريطانية خالصة تشمل الموسيقى الكلاسيكية، والرياضات الراقية مثل البولو والكريكيت والتنس.
الدور المطلوب ليس تقليدياً كمربية
وأكدت شركة «توتورز إنترناشونال»، التي تتولى عملية التوظيف، أن الأسرة ليست بريطانية، لكنها تسعى لتربية طفلها «بأسلوب ثنائي الثقافة» يجعله مندمجاً تماماً في المجتمع البريطاني من حيث السلوك واللغة والعادات.
وقال مؤسس الشركة، آدم كولر، في تصريح لصحيفة «ديلي ميل»: «الأسرة ترغب في أن يتقن طفلها الفروق الدقيقة في السلوك البريطاني والاهتمامات الثقافية منذ الصغر».
وأوضح الإعلان أن الدور المطلوب ليس تقليدياً كمربية، بل يهدف إلى تنمية الفضول الفكري وصقل المهارات الأكاديمية والاجتماعية، مشيراً إلى أن العائلة بدأت تجربة مماثلة مع الابن الأكبر في سن الخامسة لكنها اعتبرتها متأخرة.
60 مرشحاً للوظيفة
وسيُطلب من المعلم مرافقة الطفل إلى أماكن مثل ويمبلدون ولوردز وتويكنهام، وتعريفه بالموسيقى الكلاسيكية ورياضات النخبة، على أن يبدأ العمل في منتصف نوفمبر بدوام كامل يمتد لعدة سنوات.
وأوضح كولر أن أكثر من 60 مرشحاً تقدموا للوظيفة حتى الآن، مؤكداً أن «القيمة العالمية للهوية البريطانية ما زالت عالية جداً».

According to the job advertisement published in the educational supplement of the "Times" newspaper, the candidate must come from a "suitable social background" and possess a pure British culture that includes classical music and elite sports such as polo, cricket, and tennis.
The role required is not traditional as a nanny
The company "Tutors International," which is handling the recruitment process, confirmed that the family is not British, but they seek to raise their child in a "bi-cultural" manner that fully integrates him into British society in terms of behavior, language, and customs.
Adam Kohler, the company's founder, stated in a comment to the "Daily Mail": "The family wants their child to master the nuances of British behavior and cultural interests from a young age."
The advertisement clarified that the role required is not traditional as a nanny, but aims to develop intellectual curiosity and refine academic and social skills, noting that the family started a similar experience with their eldest son at the age of five but considered it too late.
60 candidates for the job
The tutor will be required to accompany the child to places such as Wimbledon, Lords, and Twickenham, introducing him to classical music and elite sports, with the job starting in mid-November on a full-time basis for several years.
Kohler explained that more than 60 candidates have applied for the job so far, emphasizing that "the global value of British identity is still very high."
