أسفر الحريق عن وفاة جارة صينية في الثلاثينات بعد سقوطها من نافذة أثناء محاولتها الهرب، فيما تم إنقاذ طفلها الرضيع بتمريره لجار في المبنى المجاور، بينما أصيب ثمانية آخرون باختناق من الدخان، وفقاً لـ«BBC».
