تمكنت شرطة إسطنبول، أمس (الجمعة)، من إلقاء القبض بمحض الصدفة على رجلٍ كان «يخبئ» 433 جراماً من المخدرات في معدته.
وأثناء قيامها بدورية اعتيادية على إحدى الطرق السريعة، صادفت شرطة إسطنبول رجلاً يقود سيارته في منطقة أكساراي فحاول تغيير طريقه وتصرف بشكل مريب عند رؤيته لأفراد الأمن، ما دفعهم لتوقيفه.
وبحسب التفاصيل التي أوردتها وسائل الإعلام التركية، فإن الرجل أجنبي يبلغ من العمر 20 عاماً، وتم تعريفه بالأحرف الأولى من اسمه «أ. م».
وقد تبيّن خلال استجوابه وفحصه بالأشعة السينية داخل أحد المستشفيات أنه يخفي مواد ممنوعة في معدته. وذكرت وسائل الإعلام أن الرجل أخفى 101 قطعة من مادة الميثامفيتامين تزن 433 جراماً في معدته.
وتمّ احتجاز الرجل بشكلٍ رسمي بعد استكمال الإجراءات بحقه في مركز الشرطة، حيث من المقرر تحويله إلى المحكمة في وقتٍ لاحق.
Istanbul police were able to arrest a man yesterday (Friday) by chance, who was "hiding" 433 grams of drugs in his stomach.
While conducting a routine patrol on one of the highways, Istanbul police encountered a man driving his car in the Aksaray area. He attempted to change his route and acted suspiciously upon seeing the security personnel, which prompted them to stop him.
According to details reported by Turkish media, the man is a foreigner aged 20, identified by the initials "A. M."
It was revealed during his interrogation and X-ray examination at a hospital that he was hiding illegal substances in his stomach. Media reports stated that the man concealed 101 pieces of methamphetamine weighing 433 grams in his stomach.
The man was officially detained after the procedures against him were completed at the police station, and he is scheduled to be transferred to court later.
