في قصة خرجت عن كل تصور، فجّرت طالبة قانون في البرازيل مفاجأة صادمة، بعد أن كشف الأمن تورّطها في سلسلة جرائم تسميم مروّعة أودت بحياة أربعة أشخاص في أقل من نصف عام، باستخدام مادة قاتلة تُستخدم عادة في إبادة الحشرات.
لم تكن الطالبة آنا باولا فيلوسو فرنانديز (36 عاماً) بمفردها، بل نسّقت عمليات القتل مع شقيقتها التوأم وصديقتها (ابنة إحدى الضحايا) ضمن مخطط مروّع امتد بين يناير ومايو 2025، في ثلاث مدن برازيلية مختلفة.
سم قاتل على مراحل
استخدمت فرنانديز مبيدًا سامًا يُعرف باسم «تيربوفوس»، وهو مركب خطير يُقارن بسم الفئران، بعد أن قامت بتجربته أولاً على 10 كلاب لتتأكد من فاعليته. وبحسب رئيس التحقيقات، فإنها كانت بارعة في كسب ثقة الضحايا ثم تسميمهم بلا رحمة وبدون دافع واضح سوى الاستمتاع بالقتل.
وبدأت سلسلة الضحايا بمارسيلو فونسيكا، الذي رحّب بها كمستأجرة لينتهي به المطاف جثة متحللة في شقته بعد أيام من تناول وجبة أعدّتها له. وبعدها بثلاثة أشهر، قُتلت ماريا رودريغيز بكوب قهوة مسموم، في محاولة خبيثة من القاتلة لتوريط ضابط شرطة كانت على علاقة سابقة به.
وكان الضحية الثالثة والد زميلة لها، دفع حياته ثمنًا لخلاف عائلي بعدما قامت ابنته (صديقة فرنانديز) بدفع مبلغ مالي لقتل والدها. أما الجريمة الرابعة، فكانت بحق شاب تونسي يدعى هايدر مهازريس (21 عاماً)، سممته بـ «ميلك شيك» بعدما ادّعت أنه والد جنينها ورفض العودة إليها.
رموز مشفرة وتحويلات ماليّة
كشفت التحقيقات رمزاً غريباً استخدمته المتورطات للتواصل فيما بينهن وهو TCC، الذي يعني ظاهريًا «مشروع التخرج الجامعي»، لكن في الحقيقة كان يشير إلى عمليات التحويل المالي والتخطيط للجرائم.
وأثناء تفتيش منزل فرنانديز، عثرت الشرطة على عبوات السم، وأدلة رقمية تُظهر تواصلها مع الضحايا في اللحظات الأخيرة قبل موتهم. وكانت المفارقة أن القاتلة أول من يبلغ الشرطة عن الوفاة، لإبعاد الشبهات عن نفسها.
وفي تصريح صادم قالت الشرطة البرازيلية إن «فرنانديز قاتلة متسلسلة من طراز نادر.. بلا ندم، ولا مشاعر، ليس لديها إلا رغبة باردة في القتل. ولو أُتيحت لها الفرصة، ستفعلها مجددًا».
وتجري السلطات البرازيلية حالياً اختبارات دقيقة على جثامين الضحايا لتحديد تركيبة السم بدقة، وسط مخاوف من احتمال وجود ضحايا آخرين لم يُكتشفوا بعد.
In a story that defies all imagination, a law student in Brazil shocked everyone when security revealed her involvement in a series of horrific poisoning crimes that claimed the lives of four people in less than six months, using a deadly substance typically employed in pest extermination.
The student, Ana Paula Viloso Fernandez (36 years old), was not alone; she coordinated the killings with her twin sister and a friend (the daughter of one of the victims) as part of a chilling scheme that spanned from January to May 2025, across three different Brazilian cities.
Deadly Poison in Stages
Fernandez used a toxic pesticide known as "Terbufos," a dangerous compound comparable to rat poison, after first testing it on 10 dogs to ensure its effectiveness. According to the head of the investigation, she was skilled at gaining the victims' trust before poisoning them ruthlessly and without any clear motive other than the thrill of killing.
The series of victims began with Marcelo Fonseca, who welcomed her as a tenant, only to end up as a decaying corpse in his apartment days after consuming a meal she prepared for him. Three months later, Maria Rodriguez was killed with a poisoned cup of coffee, in a malicious attempt by the killer to implicate a police officer with whom she had a previous relationship.
The third victim was the father of a colleague, who paid with his life due to a family dispute after his daughter (Fernandez's friend) paid a sum of money to have him killed. The fourth crime was against a Tunisian young man named Haider Mahazris (21 years old), whom she poisoned with a "milkshake" after claiming he was the father of her unborn child and refusing to return to her.
Encoded Symbols and Financial Transfers
Investigations revealed a strange code used by the accomplices to communicate with each other, which is TCC, ostensibly meaning "University Graduation Project," but in reality, it referred to financial transfers and planning for the crimes.
During a search of Fernandez's home, police found containers of poison and digital evidence showing her communication with the victims in their final moments before their deaths. Ironically, the killer was the first to report the deaths to the police to deflect suspicion from herself.
In a shocking statement, Brazilian police said, "Fernandez is a rare breed of serial killer... without remorse, without feelings, only a cold desire to kill. If given the chance, she would do it again."
Brazilian authorities are currently conducting thorough tests on the victims' bodies to accurately determine the composition of the poison, amid fears that there may be other undiscovered victims.
