أصدرت جهات التحقيق المصرية اليوم قرارا بالتحفظ على جميع أموال «البلوغر» الشهيرة هدير عبدالرازق الشخصية، ومنعها من التصرف فيها مؤقتا، على ذمة التحقيقات الجارية في إحدى القضايا الجنائية المعقدة.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء بعد أيام قليلة من تأجيل جلسة استئنافها على حكم حبسها لمدة عام بتهمة «نشر محتوى مخلّ بالآداب العامة»، ما يُبقيها محتجزة، في تطور جديد يعمق أزمتها القضائية.
وهدير عبدالرازق (28 عاما) «بلوغر» مصرية اكتسبت شهرة واسعة منذ 2022 عبر «تيك توك» و«إنستغرام»، وجذب محتواها حول «الملابس الداخلية والحياة اليومية» أكثر من مليون متابع، لكنها أثارت جدلا بسبب «تلميحات مخلة»، وبدأت أزماتها في مايو 2024، عندما ألقت الشرطة القبض عليها بتهمة «نشر الفسق والفجور» بعد شكاوى، وفقا للمادة 178 من قانون العقوبات، التي تعاقب بالحبس 6 أشهر إلى سنتين.
وفي يوليو 2025، أُخلي سبيلها بكفالة 5 آلاف جنيه في قضية «فيديو فاضح»، لكنها حُبست لاحقا في قضايا أخرى، بما في ذلك 11 فيديو «خادشا للحياء» تم العثور عليها في هاتفها، وحادث دهس أدى إلى إصابة مواطن.
ووفقا للقرار الصادر عن النيابة العامة، يشمل التحفظ كافة الأصول المالية لعبدالرازق، بما في ذلك «الأموال النقدية، الودائع البنكية، المحافظ الإلكترونية، الصكوك، الخزائن، العقارات الشخصية»، سواء كانت في البنوك أو الشركات أو أي جهة أخرى داخل الجمهورية.
ويُمنع به البيع، التنازل، الرهن، أو أي تصرف آخر، مع إمكانية تمديده بناء على نتائج التحقيق. وأكدت مصادر قضائية أن هذا الإجراء يهدف إلى «الحفاظ على حقوق الدولة والمجتمع»، خصوصا في ظل اتهامات سابقة بتحقيق أرباح مالية من محتوى «مخلّ» عبر منصات مثل «تيك توك»، إذ بلغت إيراداتها المسجلة نحو 1486 دولارا أمريكيا من بث مباشر.
وفي الوقت نفسه، أجلت محكمة مستأنف القاهرة الاقتصادية جلسة استئناف عبدالرازق على الحكم الغيابي بالحبس سنة، الصادر ضدها في قضية «التحريض على الفسق والفجور»، إلى تاريخ لاحق، رغم تقديمها معارضة استئنافية، ولم يُخلَ سبيلها، وتظل محتجزة بناء على حكم آخر من محكمة جنح الطالبية يقضي بحبسها 3 أشهر في قضية «الإساءة إلى القيم الأسرية».
وتأتي هذه التطورات في سياق سلسلة قضايا طالت هدير عبدالرازق منذ مايو 2024، إذ أدت فيديوهاتها حول «الموضة والحياة النسائية» إلى شكاوى عامة وخصوصية، بما في ذلك مشاجرة مع طليقها وحادث دهس في الهرم، وأثار القرار غضبا على وسائل التواصل، إذ يرى مؤيدوها أنه «قيد على حرية التعبير»، بينما يُبرره آخرون كـ«ضرورة لحماية الأخلاق العامة».
The Egyptian investigative authorities issued a decision today to freeze all personal assets of the famous "blogger" Hadeer Abdelrazek and temporarily prevent her from disposing of them, pending ongoing investigations in one of the complex criminal cases.
This action comes just a few days after the postponement of her appeal session against a one-year prison sentence for "publishing content that violates public morals," which keeps her in custody, marking a new development that deepens her legal crisis.
Hadeer Abdelrazek (28 years old) is an Egyptian blogger who gained widespread fame since 2022 through "TikTok" and "Instagram," attracting more than a million followers with her content about "underwear and daily life." However, she sparked controversy due to "inappropriate hints," and her troubles began in May 2024 when the police arrested her on charges of "promoting vice and immorality" following complaints, according to Article 178 of the Penal Code, which punishes with imprisonment for 6 months to 2 years.
In July 2025, she was released on bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds in a case involving a "lewd video," but she was later imprisoned in other cases, including 11 "indecent" videos found on her phone, and a hit-and-run incident that resulted in injury to a citizen.
According to the decision issued by the Public Prosecution, the freeze includes all financial assets of Abdelrazek, including "cash, bank deposits, electronic wallets, bonds, safes, and personal real estate," whether in banks, companies, or any other entity within the republic.
She is prohibited from selling, transferring, mortgaging, or making any other transactions, with the possibility of extension based on the results of the investigation. Judicial sources confirmed that this measure aims to "preserve the rights of the state and society," especially in light of previous accusations of generating financial profits from "immoral" content through platforms like "TikTok," where her recorded revenues reached approximately 1,486 US dollars from live broadcasts.
At the same time, the Cairo Economic Appeals Court postponed Abdelrazek's appeal session against the in-absentia sentence of one year in prison issued against her in the case of "inciting vice and immorality" to a later date, despite her submitting an appeal, and she was not released, remaining in custody based on another ruling from the Talbiya Misdemeanor Court that sentenced her to 3 months in prison for "offending family values."
These developments come in the context of a series of cases that have affected Hadeer Abdelrazek since May 2024, as her videos about "fashion and women's life" led to public and private complaints, including a dispute with her ex-husband and a hit-and-run incident in the Pyramids area. The decision has sparked outrage on social media, with her supporters viewing it as a "restriction on freedom of expression," while others justify it as "necessary to protect public morals."
