أعلن مؤشر بلومبيرغ لأثرياء العالم أن صافي ثروة كريستيانو رونالدو تخطى 1.4 مليار دولار، ليصبح أول لاعب كرة قدم في التاريخ يصل لهذا الإنجاز.
عقد ضخم
ساهم توقيع رونالدو مع نادي النصر السعودي في يونيو 2025 بعقد يفوق 400 مليون دولار في رفع ثروته، إذ يشمل راتباً سنوياً يصل إلى 200 مليون دولار، علاوة على مكافأة توقيع بقيمة 30 مليون دولار وحصة بنسبة 15% في النادي.
حقق رونالدو أكثر من 550 مليون دولار من رواتبه بين 2002 و2023، إضافة إلى عقود رعاية مع علامات تجارية كبرى مثل نايكي وأرماني، التي زادت من ثروته بأكثر من 175 مليون دولار.
منافسة شرسة مع ميسي
يُتوقع أن يلحق ليونيل ميسي برونالدو قريباً بفضل عقده مع إنتر ميامي، الذي يتضمن حصة في النادي بعد الاعتزال، رغم أن راتبه السنوي أقل بكثير من رونالدو.
وأكدت بلومبيرغ أن ثروات لاعبي كرة القدم الكبار تتفوق بكثير على أساطير قدامى مثل ديفيد بيكهام، وتركز ثروة رونالدو على الرواتب بشكل رئيسي، بخلاف لاعبين آخرين، مثل روجر فيدرر ومايكل جوردان، الذين اعتمدوا أكثر على استثماراتهم وصفقات الرعاية.

Ronaldo's signing with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr in June 2025 for a contract exceeding $400 million has significantly boosted his wealth, as it includes an annual salary of up to $200 million, in addition to a signing bonus of $30 million and a 15% stake in the club.
Ronaldo has earned over $550 million from his salaries between 2002 and 2023, along with endorsement deals with major brands like Nike and Armani, which have increased his wealth by more than $175 million.
Fierce Competition with Messi
Lionel Messi is expected to catch up to Ronaldo soon thanks to his contract with Inter Miami, which includes a stake in the club after retirement, although his annual salary is much lower than Ronaldo's.
Bloomberg confirmed that the wealth of top football players far exceeds that of legendary former players like David Beckham, with Ronaldo's wealth primarily concentrated in salaries, unlike other players such as Roger Federer and Michael Jordan, who have relied more on their investments and endorsement deals.
