بالتوازي مع هذه التطورات، دخلت الحكومة الألبانية في دائرة الجدل الدولي بعد أن قدّم رئيس الوزراء إيدي راما أول وزيرة مولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في العالم تُدعى «دييلا». هذه الوزيرة الرقمية، التي ظهرت مرتدية الزي الألباني التقليدي، ألقت كلمة أمام البرلمان مؤكدة أن مهمتها دعم المواطنين وتبسيط الإجراءات ومحاربة الفساد.
انقسام سياسي
رغم الترحيب الرسمي بالفكرة، شنّت المعارضة هجوماً حاداً، واعتبرت تعيين «دييلا» خطوة غير دستورية، مشيرة إلى أن اللجوء إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإدارة العامة قد يفتح الباب أمام إشكالات قانونية ودستورية. في المقابل، يؤكد مؤيدو الخطوة أنها ستعزز الشفافية وتسرّع الخدمات، وتضع ألبانيا في مقدمة الدول التي تدمج التكنولوجيا المتقدمة بالحوكمة.

Alongside these developments, the Albanian government entered the realm of international controversy after Prime Minister Edi Rama introduced the world's first AI-generated minister named "Diela." This digital minister, who appeared wearing traditional Albanian attire, delivered a speech before parliament, affirming that her mission is to support citizens, simplify procedures, and combat corruption.
