هزت حادثة اغتصاب جماعي لطفل قاصر يبلغ الثالثة عشرة من عمره الشارع المغربي وأثارت موجة غضب واسعة ومطالب شعبية ورسائل استنكار من ناشطين ومنظمات حقوقية تطالب بتشديد العقوبات على الجناة وتوفير آليات حماية أكثر فاعلية للأطفال. فقد تحولت رحلة ترفيه للطفل بشير من مدينته اليوسفية لحضور موسم عبدالله امغار بإقليم الجديدة إلى مأساة بعد تعرضه للتخدير واغتصاب جماعي على يد 14 شخصًا تعرف عليهم هناك، ما خلف آثارًا جسدية ونفسية عميقة على الطفل الذي يعيش ظروفًا اجتماعية هشة كونه يتيم الأب ووالدته من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ويعاني من اضطرابات في الكلام والسلوك.
تدخلت الشرطة المغربية وأوقفت حتى الآن ثلاثة أشخاص مشتبه بهم، فيما تتواصل عمليات البحث لتحديد وتوقيف بقية المتورطين، بينما اجتاحت موجة الغضب منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تصدر وسم #كلنا_بشير تعبيرًا عن صدمة آلاف المغاربة الذين طالبوا بإنزال أقصى العقوبات على المعتدين ووضع تدابير صارمة لحماية القاصرين. وقالت الناشطة فطيمة ياسين: «إن الجريمة تمثل جرس إنذار للدولة والمجتمع بضرورة حماية الأطفال وتشديد العقوبات على الجناة». فيما أكد الناشط بلال سلمون أن فرحة الطفل تحولت إلى كابوس قاسٍ وأن هذه الجريمة الفظيعة تستوجب المحاسبة الصارمة للمسؤولين عنها.
وفي رد رسمي، استنكرت جمعية الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان الحادثة وحملت الدولة المسؤولية، داعية إلى تشريعات وسياسة جنائية واجتماعية تمنع ارتكاب جرائم اغتصاب الأطفال وإجراءات حمائية صارمة للقاصرين، وطالبت بفتح تحقيق نزيه وواسع وترتيب الجزاءات القانونية بحق المغتصبين والمقصرين في حماية الطفل. كما شددت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان باليوسفية على أن ما وقع يشكل انتهاكًا جسيمًا لحقوق الطفل وخرقًا للاتفاقيات الدولية التي التزم بها المغرب، مطالبة بفتح تحقيق قضائي عاجل وضمان متابعة طبية ونفسية للطفل الضحية.

Activist Fatima Yassine stated: "This crime serves as a wake-up call for the state and society about the necessity of protecting children and tightening penalties on the perpetrators." Activist Bilal Salmon confirmed that the child's joy turned into a harsh nightmare and that this horrific crime necessitates strict accountability for those responsible.
In an official response, the Human Rights Defense Association condemned the incident and held the state responsible, calling for legislation and criminal and social policies that prevent the commission of child rape crimes and strict protective measures for minors. They demanded a fair and thorough investigation and the imposition of legal penalties on the rapists and those negligent in protecting the child. The Moroccan Association for Human Rights in Youssoufia emphasized that what occurred constitutes a serious violation of children's rights and a breach of the international agreements that Morocco has committed to, calling for an urgent judicial investigation and ensuring medical and psychological follow-up for the victimized child.
