لقي أربعة شبان مصرعهم وأصيب خمسة آخرون في حادث تصادم بين عدد من الدراجات النارية مساء أمس (السبت) خلال موكب زفاف في قرية نجع الطويل بمركز الطود شرقي محافظة الأقصر المصرية.
وأفادت مديرية أمن الأقصر بأنها تلقت بلاغًا بوقوع الحادث أثناء «زفة عروس» على الطريق الزراعي الشرقي، حيث اصطدمت الدراجات المشاركة في الموكب ببعضها. وانتقلت سيارات الإسعاف على الفور إلى موقع الحادثة، وتم نقل الجثامين إلى مشرحة المجمع الطبي الدولي بالأقصر تحت تصرف النيابة، بينما جرى نقل المصابين لتلقي العلاج.
وفرضت الأجهزة الأمنية طوقًا حول موقع الحادثة وبدأت في معاينة المكان والاستماع إلى أقوال الشهود للوقوف على ملابساتها.
وقد خيم الحزن على القرية، حيث تحوّل الفرح إلى مأساة، بعدما ودّع الأهالي أبناءهم في جنازة مهيبة، وسط أجواء من الحزن والصدمة.
Four young men were killed and five others were injured in a collision between several motorcycles last night (Saturday) during a wedding procession in the village of Naj' al-Tawil in the center of Al-Tod, east of Luxor Governorate, Egypt.
The Luxor Security Directorate reported that it received a notification about the incident during the "bride's procession" on the eastern agricultural road, where the motorcycles participating in the procession collided with each other. Ambulances immediately rushed to the scene of the accident, and the bodies were transported to the morgue of the International Medical Complex in Luxor under the authority of the prosecution, while the injured were taken for treatment.
The security forces imposed a cordon around the scene of the accident and began inspecting the area and listening to witness statements to determine the circumstances of the incident.
Grief has overshadowed the village, as joy turned into tragedy, with families bidding farewell to their sons in a grand funeral amidst an atmosphere of sorrow and shock.
