أعلن «مركز الأبحاث الألماني لعلوم الأرض»، اليوم (الأحد)، أن زلزالاً هز مدينة «سولاويسي» في إندونيسيا.
وأضاف المركز الألماني أن الزلزال بلغت قوته 5.7 درجة على مقياس «ريختر» ووقع على عمق 10 كيلومترات.
وفي وقت سابق السبت، ضرب زلزال بقوة 6.5 درجة مقاطعة «بابوا» شرق إندونيسيا، بحسب «هيئة المسح الجيولوجي الأمريكية».
ورصد حدوث الزلزال في نحو الساعة 17:24 (8:24 ت غ)، في منطقة على بعد 193 كيلومتراً شمال غرب بلدة «أبيبورا» في مقاطعة «بابوا».
وتزامناً مع تلك الزلازل، أكدت مصادر عدم وجود أي خطر أو تهديد محتمل بوقوع مد بحري «تسونامي».
The "German Research Center for Geosciences" announced today (Sunday) that an earthquake shook the city of "Sulawesi" in Indonesia.
The German center added that the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.7 on the "Richter" scale and occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.
Earlier on Saturday, a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck the "Papua" province in eastern Indonesia, according to the "U.S. Geological Survey."
The earthquake was recorded at around 17:24 (8:24 UTC) in an area about 193 kilometers northwest of the town of "Abepura" in the "Papua" province.
In conjunction with these earthquakes, sources confirmed that there is no danger or potential threat of a tsunami.
