اندلع خلال الساعات الماضية حريق هائل في مسرح الفنان المصري محمد صبحي، الذي يقع في قرية سمبل على طريق مصر إسكندرية الصحراوي بالقاهرة، في نطاق مدينة 6 أكتوبر، لكن رجال الإطفاء تمكنوا من السيطرة على النيران وإخماده دون وقوع أية إصابات أو خسائر بشرية.
وكانت غرفة عمليات النجدة قد تلقت بلاغاً يفيد بانبعاث أدخنة كثيفة من إحدى الغرف داخل مسرح محمد صبحي، وعلى الفور تم الدفع بقوات الإطفاء من وحدة أبو رواش، مدعومة بسيارات إطفاء وإسعاف للتعامل مع البلاغ.
وكشف مصدر لـ«عكاظ»، التفاصيل مؤكداً أن الحريق حدث في غرفتين ملحقتين بغرفة المحولات الكهربائية بالمسرح، مشيراً إلى تسبب تماس كهربائي في اشتعال محدود بالمكان، وتم التعامل الفوري مع الحريق والسيطرة عليه قبل امتداده إلى أجزاء أخرى من المنشأة.
وأوضحت التحريات الأولية أن المسرح كان خالياً وقت اندلاع الحريق، ولم تُسجل أية إصابات، واقتصرت الخسائر على التلفيات البسيطة بالمحول الكهربائي.
ويجري حالياً استكمال التحقيقات والإجراءات القانونية والفنية اللازمة في الواقعة ومراجعة نظم الأمان وسلامة الكهرباء في الموقع.
A massive fire broke out in the theater of Egyptian artist Mohamed Sobhi, located in the village of Sembel on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, within the city of 6 October. However, firefighters managed to control and extinguish the flames without any injuries or human losses.
The operations room of the emergency services received a report indicating that thick smoke was emanating from one of the rooms inside Mohamed Sobhi's theater. Immediately, firefighting units from Abu Rawash were dispatched, supported by fire and ambulance vehicles to handle the report.
A source revealed to "Okaz" the details, confirming that the fire occurred in two rooms adjacent to the electrical transformer room in the theater, noting that an electrical short circuit caused a limited fire in the area. Immediate action was taken to deal with the fire and control it before it spread to other parts of the facility.
Initial investigations indicated that the theater was empty at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported, with damages limited to minor damage to the electrical transformer.
Investigations and necessary legal and technical procedures are currently underway regarding the incident, along with a review of safety systems and electrical safety at the site.
