كشفت منصة «تيك توك»، الرائدة في مجال مقاطع الفيديو القصيرة، تقريرها الخاص بإنفاذ إرشادات المجتمع للربع الأول من عام 2025، مُبرزة التزامها بتعزيز بيئة رقمية آمنة وشاملة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
وأظهر التقرير إزالة أكثر من 16.5 مليون فيديو مخالف في خمس دول رئيسية: مصر، العراق، لبنان، الإمارات، والمغرب، خلال الفترة من يناير إلى مارس 2025، مما يعكس كفاءة أنظمة الإشراف المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والمراجعة البشرية.
ففي مصر، أزالت «تيك توك» 2.9 مليون فيديو بسبب انتهاكات إرشادات المجتمع، مع معدل إزالة استباقي بلغ 99.6%، إذ تم رصد وحذف المحتوى المخالف قبل تلقي بلاغات من المستخدمين.
كما تمت إزالة 94.3% من هذا المحتوى خلال أقل من 24 ساعة. وامتدت الإجراءات لتشمل حظر 347935 مضيف بث مباشر وإيقاف 587246 بثاً مباشراً لمخالفتها القواعد.
وفي الإمارات، حذفت المنصة 1051226 فيديو، بنسبة إزالة استباقية 98.2%، مع حذف 94% من المحتوى المخالف خلال 24 ساعة، وحظرت 86790 مضيف بث مباشر وأوقفت 140295 بثاً مباشراً.
وفي المغرب، تم حذف 1040981 فيديو بنسبة إزالة استباقية 98.9%، مع إزالة 92.1% خلال يوم واحد، وتضمنت الإجراءات حظر 44121 مضيفاً وإيقاف 77396 بثاً مباشراً.
وسجل العراق أعلى معدل إزالة بأكثر من 10 ملايين فيديو، بنسبة إزالة استباقية 99.5%، و95.5% منها خلال 24 ساعة، مع حظر 346335 مضيف بث مباشر وإيقاف 649551 بثاً مباشراً.
أما في لبنان، فقد أزيل 1349478 فيديو بنسبة إزالة استباقية 99.5%، مع حذف 96.9% خلال يوم واحد، وحظر 24795 مضيفاً وإيقاف 45536 بثاً مباشراً.
وعلى المستوى العالمي، أوقفت «تيك توك» 19 مليون بث مباشر مخالف، بزيادة 50% عن الربع السابق، وحظرت 849976 مضيف بث مباشر في الدول الخمس المذكورة.
وتعتمد المنصة على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتطورة إلى جانب الإشراف البشري لضمان دقة وسرعة الاستجابة.
وأتاحت «تيك توك» نظام طعون يسمح باستعادة المحتوى المحذوف إذا ثبت عدم مخالفته، إذ تصدر العراق بـ209291 حالة استرجاع، تلته مصر بـ144605، ثم المغرب بـ53525، والإمارات بـ41148، ولبنان بـ31880.
إلى جانب إزالة المحتوى المخالف، أطلقت «تيك توك» مبادرات توعوية بالتعاون مع شركاء إعلاميين ومجتمعيين لتعزيز الاستخدام المسؤول للمنصة.
كما طورت المنصة أدوات تعليمية داخل التطبيق، مثل مقاطع فيديو توعوية قصيرة تشرح إرشادات المجتمع، ونظام تنبيهات يُعلم المستخدمين بأسباب حذف المحتوى مع إرشادات لتجنب المخالفات مستقبلاً.
وأكدت «تيك توك» التزامها بالشفافية من خلال نشر تقارير دورية وتوفير قنوات تواصل مفتوحة مع المستخدمين.
وتسعى «تيك توك» إلى تعزيز مكانتها كمنصة إبداعية آمنة، مع التركيز على حماية الفئات العمرية الشابة من خلال أدوات رقابة أبوية متقدمة وإعدادات خصوصية مشددة للمستخدمين دون سن 16 عاماً.
The platform "TikTok," a leader in short video content, has revealed its own report on enforcing community guidelines for the first quarter of 2025, highlighting its commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive digital environment in the Middle East and North Africa.
The report showed the removal of over 16.5 million violating videos in five key countries: Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, the UAE, and Morocco, during the period from January to March 2025, reflecting the efficiency of AI-supported moderation systems and human review.
In Egypt, TikTok removed 2.9 million videos due to violations of community guidelines, with a proactive removal rate of 99.6%, as content violations were detected and deleted before receiving reports from users.
Moreover, 94.3% of this content was removed within less than 24 hours. The actions extended to banning 347,935 live stream hosts and suspending 587,246 live streams for rule violations.
In the UAE, the platform deleted 1,051,226 videos, with a proactive removal rate of 98.2%, and 94% of the violating content was deleted within 24 hours, while 86,790 live stream hosts were banned and 140,295 live streams were suspended.
In Morocco, 1,040,981 videos were deleted with a proactive removal rate of 98.9%, and 92.1% were removed within one day, including actions to ban 44,121 hosts and suspend 77,396 live streams.
Iraq recorded the highest removal rate with over 10 million videos, a proactive removal rate of 99.5%, with 95.5% of them removed within 24 hours, along with banning 346,335 live stream hosts and suspending 649,551 live streams.
In Lebanon, 1,349,478 videos were removed with a proactive removal rate of 99.5%, with 96.9% deleted within one day, and 24,795 hosts were banned while 45,536 live streams were suspended.
Globally, TikTok suspended 19 million violating live streams, an increase of 50% from the previous quarter, and banned 849,976 live stream hosts in the five mentioned countries.
The platform relies on advanced AI technologies alongside human moderation to ensure accuracy and speed of response.
TikTok has implemented an appeals system that allows for the restoration of deleted content if proven not to be in violation, with Iraq leading with 209,291 recovery cases, followed by Egypt with 144,605, then Morocco with 53,525, the UAE with 41,148, and Lebanon with 31,880.
In addition to removing violating content, TikTok has launched awareness initiatives in collaboration with media and community partners to promote responsible use of the platform.
The platform has also developed educational tools within the app, such as short awareness videos explaining community guidelines, and a notification system that informs users of the reasons for content removal along with guidance to avoid future violations.
TikTok reaffirmed its commitment to transparency by publishing regular reports and providing open communication channels with users.
TikTok aims to enhance its position as a safe creative platform, focusing on protecting younger age groups through advanced parental control tools and strict privacy settings for users under 16 years old.
