في واقعة أثارت صدمة واسعة وقلقاً كبيراً في الشارع الجزائري، تداول رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مقطع فيديو يوثّق حالة صحية نادرة ومروعة لعائلة من ولاية معسكر غربي البلاد، يظهر فيه أطفال يعانون من خروج ديدان من أجسادهم بشكل غير مفهوم، ما فتح الباب أمام سيل من التساؤلات والنقاشات حول طبيعة الحالة بين تفسيرات طبية، وأخرى مرتبطة بالسحر والشعوذة.
في أحد المقاطع المتداولة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي «فيسبوك» و«إكس»، ظهر أفراد من عائلة في ولاية معسكر يعانون من أعراض غريبة ونادرة، أبرزها خروج ديدان من أجساد بعض الأبناء، في مشهد أثار الرعب بين المتابعين، ومع انتشار المقاطع بشكل واسع في الجزائر ثارت موجة من الصدمة والجدل، وفق موقع «سكاي نيوز» ومقاطع الفيديو عبر وسائل التواصل.
ويُظهر الفيديو الذي قام بتصويره رب الأسرة، اثنين من أبنائه وهما يغطيان جسديهما بأكياس بلاستيكية، في محاولة لعزل نفسيهما عن البيئة المحيطة، بينما تظهر تحت جلديهما ديدان تتحرك بشكل مرئي، ما جعل المشهد يوصف بأنه «صادم وغير مسبوق». وتعددت التفسيرات والتكهنات، بين من اعتبر أن الأسرة تعاني من حالة طبية نادرة تستدعي التدخل الفوري، وبين من ربط الأمر بأعمال سحر وشعوذة، خصوصاً في ظل الانتشار الواسع لتلك المعتقدات في بعض المناطق.
وأوضح الأب، الذي يعيش في ولاية معسكر خلال مقطع الفيديو، أن إصابتهم بـ«السحر» -على حد زعمه- أدت إلى إصابتهم بالحالة الصحية الغامضة تلك، التي تمثلت في خروج ديدان من أجسادهم.
ووثّق الأب صور طفليه وزوجته، مغلفين بأكياس بلاستيكية، في محاولة لمنع انتشار الديدان، وعلى سيقان الطفلين توجد نقاط سوداء، قال الأب إنها «ديدان تخرج من أجسادهم بعد أن تأكلهم من الداخل»، فيما يُظهر في مقطع الفيديو صحن ممتلئ بالديدان.
وعلى الفور، تدخلت الجهات الصحية المختصة، وقامت بنقل أفراد العائلة إلى المستشفى لإجراء الفحوصات الطبية وتقديم العلاج اللازم، في انتظار كشف طبي دقيق لحقيقة الحالة.

The video shows children suffering from worms emerging from their bodies in an incomprehensible manner, opening the door to a flood of questions and discussions about the nature of the condition, with some offering medical explanations and others linking it to magic and sorcery.
In one of the clips circulating on social media platforms "Facebook" and "X," members of a family in Mascara appeared to be suffering from strange and rare symptoms, most notably the emergence of worms from the bodies of some of the children, in a scene that instilled fear among viewers. As the clips spread widely in Algeria, a wave of shock and controversy arose, according to "Sky News" and the videos shared on social media.
The video filmed by the head of the family shows two of his children covering their bodies with plastic bags in an attempt to isolate themselves from the surrounding environment, while worms are visibly moving beneath their skin, making the scene described as "shocking and unprecedented." Various interpretations and speculations emerged, with some considering that the family suffers from a rare medical condition requiring immediate intervention, while others linked the issue to acts of magic and sorcery, especially given the widespread prevalence of such beliefs in certain areas.
The father, who lives in Mascara, explained in the video that their affliction with "magic" - as he claimed - led to their mysterious health condition, which manifested in the emergence of worms from their bodies.
The father documented images of his children and wife, wrapped in plastic bags, in an attempt to prevent the spread of the worms. On the legs of the two children, there are black spots, which the father said are "worms coming out of their bodies after eating them from the inside," while the video shows a plate full of worms.
Immediately, the relevant health authorities intervened and transported the family members to the hospital for medical examinations and necessary treatment, awaiting an accurate medical diagnosis of the true nature of the condition.
