شهدت إحدى المقابلات المباشرة على قناة CNN لحظة طريفة، اذ اقتحم طفل يبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات بثّاً مباشراً لوالده المحلِّل الإعلامي البارز برايان ستيلتر، قائلاً: «حان وقت النوم!».
وخلال اللقاء الذي أُجري مساء الأحد 20 يوليو، كان ستيلتر (39 عاماً) يتحدث عن دعوى قضائية رفعها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بقيمة 10 مليارات دولار ضد صحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال»، عندما ظهر طفله فجأة في الزاوية السفلية من الشاشة، مبتسماً قبل أن ينسحب من الكادر سريعاً.
وقد ارتسمت على وجه الطفل ابتسامة مؤذية قبل أن يبتعد عن أنظار الكاميرا، بينما كان دين يستجوب ستيلتر عن أفكاره المحيطة بالقصة بينما كان يحاول عدم تشتيت انتباهه.
ورغم المفاجأة، حافظ كل من ستيلتر ومقدمة البرنامج جيسيكا دين على هدوئهما، واستكملا النقاش بسلاسة، قبل أن يُشير كلاهما بخفة دم إلى الموقف في نهاية المقابلة.
وقالت دين: «شكرا برايان، ويبدو أن لديك مساعداً صغيراً أيضاً، نشكره على مشاركته». ليرد ستيلتر مبتسماً: «أعتذر عن ظهور ابني.. لقد حان وقت النوم في منزلنا».
During a live interview on CNN, a funny moment occurred when a five-year-old boy interrupted the live broadcast of his father, prominent media analyst Brian Stelter, saying, "It's time for bed!"
During the interview, which took place on Sunday evening, July 20, Stelter (39 years old) was discussing a $10 billion lawsuit filed by U.S. President Donald Trump against the Wall Street Journal when his child suddenly appeared in the lower corner of the screen, smiling before quickly retreating from the frame.
The child had a mischievous smile on his face before moving out of the camera's view, while Dean was questioning Stelter about his thoughts surrounding the story, trying not to distract him.
Despite the surprise, both Stelter and the show's host, Jessica Dean, maintained their composure and continued the discussion smoothly, before both lightly referenced the situation at the end of the interview.
Dean said, "Thank you, Brian, and it seems you have a little helper as well; we thank him for his participation." Stelter replied with a smile, "I apologize for my son's appearance... It's time for bed at our house."
