وجّه رئيس مجلس الوزراء المصري الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، وزيرى التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي بإعفاء كامل من المصروفات الدراسية لأسر الشهيدات الـ19، اللائي فقدن حياتهن جراء الحادثة الأليمة على الطرق الدائري الإقليمي بمحافظة المنوفية، كما وجّه وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي بصرف معاش استثنائي لهذه الأسر المكلومة.
وكلف رئيس الوزراء، وفق بيان صادر عن رئاسة الوزراء المصرية، محافظ المنوفية بإطلاق أسماء الشهيدات الـ19 على المباني الحكومية والشوارع بقرية كفر السنابسة تخليداً لذكراهن.
كما تابع رئيس الوزراء، مع الوزراء والمسؤولين المعنيين، تنفيذ تكليفات رئيس الجمهورية عبدالفتاح السيسي، بشأن تعويضات حادثة الطريق الدائري الإقليمي، وما يتعلق بسرعة تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتطوير بالطريق، والالتزام بإجراءات الأمن والسلامة.
كما كلف مدبولي، الجهات المعنية بالالتزام بإجراء كشف عن تعاطي المواد المخدرة لكل سائقي النقل بصورة دورية، وفي مدد زمنية متقاربة، وبصورة مفاجئة، خصوصاً على الطرق السريعة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال من يثبت تعاطيه، مع دراسة تغليظ العقوبات في هذا الشأن.
وكلف أيضاً المسؤولين المعنيين بإنهاء مختلف الإصلاحات وأعمال الصيانة بالطريق الدائري الإقليمي، في مواعيد محددة، والالتزام بها، مع ضرورة تطبيق كل قواعد وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة أثناء التنفيذ.
كما شدّد على ضرورة الفصل بين حركة وسير السيارات الملاكي وسيارات النقل في المناطق التي تشهد أعمال الصيانة والتطوير، وتكثيف دوريات المرور، وزيادة أعداد الرادارات وكاميرات المراقبة؛ لضمان الالتزام بالقواعد والتعليمات المرورية، وضبط أي مخالفة من مخالفات سائقي النقل وغيرهم.
وأكد رئيس الوزراء، أن كلمات العزاء والرثاء لا تفي هذا المصاب الجلل الذي حدث منذ يومين، وإنه ومجلس الوزراء، يأسفون جميعاً لهذه الحادثة التي آلمت المصريين كافة، فالمُصاب مُصابنا معاً.
يذكر أنه في حادثة مأساوية هزّت مصر، لقيت 19 فتاة من قرية كفر السنابسة بمحافظة المنوفية المصرية مصرعهن على الطريق الدائري الإقليمي، إثر تصادم سيارة نقل ثقيل بمركبة كانت تُقلهن أثناء عودتهن من عملهن في جمع العنب، وهو ما دفع الأهالي لتسميتهن بـ«صبايا العنب». الحادثة فجّرت موجة حزن وغضب، وسط مطالبات بتشديد الرقابة على الطرق ومحاسبة المتسببين.
The Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, directed the Ministers of Education and Higher Education to grant a full exemption from tuition fees for the families of the 19 martyrs who lost their lives in the tragic incident on the regional ring road in Menoufia Governorate. He also instructed the Minister of Social Solidarity to provide an exceptional pension for these bereaved families.
The Prime Minister tasked, according to a statement issued by the Egyptian Cabinet, the Governor of Menoufia with naming government buildings and streets in the village of Kafr Al-Sanabisa after the 19 martyrs to commemorate their memory.
The Prime Minister also followed up with the relevant ministers and officials on the implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi regarding compensation for the regional ring road incident, as well as the swift execution of maintenance and development works on the road, and adherence to security and safety procedures.
Moreover, Madbouly instructed the concerned authorities to ensure regular drug testing for all transport drivers at close intervals and unexpectedly, especially on highways, and to take legal action against those who test positive, while considering increasing penalties in this regard.
He also tasked the relevant officials with completing various reforms and maintenance works on the regional ring road within specified deadlines and adhering to them, while ensuring the application of all security and safety rules and procedures during execution.
He emphasized the necessity of separating the movement of private vehicles from transport vehicles in areas undergoing maintenance and development, intensifying traffic patrols, and increasing the number of radars and surveillance cameras to ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations, and to address any violations by transport drivers and others.
The Prime Minister confirmed that words of condolence and mourning do not suffice for this grave tragedy that occurred two days ago, and that he and the Cabinet all mourn this incident that has pained all Egyptians; for the loss is our collective loss.
It is worth mentioning that in a tragic incident that shook Egypt, 19 girls from the village of Kafr Al-Sanabisa in Menoufia Governorate lost their lives on the regional ring road after a heavy transport vehicle collided with the vehicle transporting them while they were returning from their work in grape harvesting, which led the locals to refer to them as "the Grape Girls." The incident sparked a wave of sadness and anger, with calls for stricter monitoring of the roads and accountability for those responsible.
