أعربت الصين، اليوم (الخميس)، عن معارضتها الشديدة لفرض الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تعريفات جمركية إضافية على أشباه الموصلات الصينية.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة التجارة الصينية «خه يونج تشيان» خلال مؤتمر صحفي دوري: «إن الصين لا توافق على ما يسمى استنتاجات تحقيقات المادة 301 الأمريكية، وتعارض بحزم فرض تعريفات جمركية إضافية بموجب المادة 301 على منتجات أشباه الموصلات الصينية».
وكان مكتب الممثل التجاري للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية قد أعلن أخيراً نتائج التحقيقات التي أجراها بموجب المادة 301 بشأن سياسات الصين في مجال أشباه الموصلات، معلناً عن خطط لفرض إجراءات تعريفية جديدة بموجب المادة نفسها على أشباه الموصلات القادمة من الصين.
ووفقاً للإعلان، سيبدأ الإجراء بمعدل تعريفة أولي قدره 0%، ثم يرتفع خلال 18 شهراً إلى مستوى سيتم الإعلان عنه قبل ما لا يقل عن 30 يوماً من 23 يونيو 2027.
وأضافت المتحدثة أن الصين أحاطت علماً بالوضع ذي الصلة، وقدمت احتجاجات شديدة اللهجة إلى الجانب الأمريكي من خلال آلية المشاورات الاقتصادية والتجارية بين الصين والولايات المتحدة.
China expressed its strong opposition today (Thursday) to the United States imposing additional tariffs on Chinese semiconductors.
Chinese Ministry of Commerce spokesperson "He Yongqian" stated during a regular press conference: "China does not agree with the so-called conclusions of the U.S. Section 301 investigations and firmly opposes the imposition of additional tariffs under Section 301 on Chinese semiconductor products."
The Office of the United States Trade Representative recently announced the results of its Section 301 investigations regarding China's semiconductor policies, announcing plans to impose new tariff measures under the same section on semiconductors coming from China.
According to the announcement, the measure will start with an initial tariff rate of 0%, then increase over 18 months to a level that will be announced at least 30 days before June 23, 2027.
The spokesperson added that China has taken note of the relevant situation and has lodged strong protests with the U.S. side through the economic and trade consultation mechanism between China and the United States.
