أطلقت الصين، أمس (السبت)، قمراً صناعياً جديداً لاختبار تكنولوجيا الاتصالات إلى الفضاء من مركز ونتشانغ لإطلاق الأقمار الصناعية في مقاطعة هاينان جنوبي الصين.
وأُطلق القمر الصناعي على متن صاروخ من طراز «لونغ مارش 5»، ودخل القمر الصناعي الذي أُطلق في الساعة 8:30 مساء بتوقيت بكين المدار المخطط له بنجاح.
وسيستخدم القمر الصناعي بشكل رئيسي لإجراء اختبارات التحقق من كفاءة تكنولوجيا الاتصالات متعددة النطاقات وعالية السرعة.
وتمثل عملية الإطلاق المهمة رقم 618 لسلسلة الصواريخ الحاملة من طراز «لونغ مارش».
جدير بالذكر أن المهمة رقم 617 من سلسلة صواريخ «لونغ مارش» انطلقت في 16 ديسمبر الجاري، حاملة قمراً صناعياً اختبارياً لتكنولوجيات الإنترنت عبر الأقمار الصناعية، من مركز تاييوان لإطلاق الأقمار الاصطناعية في مقاطعة شانشي بشمالي الصين.
وتستخدم هذه الأقمار الصناعية بشكل رئيسي في الاتصالات، وخدمات الإذاعة والتلفزيون، ونقل البيانات، وغيرها من الخدمات، فضلاً عن إجراء الاختبارات والتحققات الفنية ذات الصلة.
China launched a new satellite yesterday (Saturday) to test space communication technology from the Wenchang Satellite Launch Center in Hainan Province, southern China.
The satellite was launched aboard a Long March 5 rocket and successfully entered its planned orbit at 8:30 PM Beijing time.
The satellite will primarily be used to conduct tests to verify the efficiency of multi-band and high-speed communication technology.
This launch marks the 618th mission of the Long March rocket series.
It is worth noting that the 617th mission of the Long March rocket series was launched on December 16, carrying a test satellite for satellite internet technologies from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province, northern China.
These satellites are mainly used for communications, broadcasting and television services, data transmission, and other services, as well as for conducting related tests and technical verifications.
