كشف خبير تقني دولي عن ستّ علامات مقلقة قد تشير إلى أن هاتفك المحمول يتعرض للتجسس من قبل طرف ثالث، محذراً من أن إحدى هذه العلامات باتت شائعة إلى حد مثير للقلق.
وقال مارك بوركار، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة «QR Code Generator» والمتخصص في الأمن الرقمي، إن العديد من المستخدمين يغفلون عن الإشارات التي قد تدل على وجود برامج تجسس خفية تعمل على أجهزتهم دون علمهم. بحسب صحيفة «ديلي ميل» البريطانية.
أشار بوركار إلى أن أحد أكثر المؤشرات شيوعاً هو انخفاض عمر البطارية بشكل ملحوظ رغم الاستخدام المعتاد. ويرجع ذلك إلى أن برامج التجسس غالباً ما تعمل باستمرار في الخلفية، ما يؤدي إلى استهلاك كبير للطاقة.
ارتفاع درجة حرارة الهاتف أثناء عدم استخدامه قد يكون إشارة على تشغيل برامج خفية تستهلك قدرات المعالج، خصوصاً في حالات عدم نشاط المستخدم أو أثناء الليل.
أوضح الخبير أن برامج المراقبة تقوم بإرسال المعلومات المجمعة إلى جهات خارجية، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى ارتفاع مفاجئ في استهلاك البيانات. يمكن التحقق من ذلك من خلال مراجعة استخدام البيانات في إعدادات الهاتف.
تعتمد بعض برامج التجسس البدائية على تبادل أوامر عبر رسائل نصية مشفّرة، قد تظهر للمستخدم على شكل نصوص غير مفهومة أو رموز عشوائية.
من العلامات المهمة التي تستدعي الحذر: إضاءة الشاشة فجأة، أو سماع أصوات غريبة أثناء المكالمات، ما قد يشير إلى تشغيل الكاميرا أو المايكروفون عن بُعد بواسطة الجهة المتجسسة.

Borcar pointed out that one of the most common indicators is a noticeable decrease in battery life despite normal usage. This is because spyware often runs continuously in the background, leading to significant power consumption.
A rise in the phone's temperature while not in use may be a sign that hidden programs are running, consuming processor capabilities, especially during periods of user inactivity or at night.
The expert explained that surveillance programs send the collected information to external parties, which results in a sudden increase in data consumption. This can be checked by reviewing data usage in the phone's settings.
Some primitive spyware relies on exchanging commands via encrypted text messages, which may appear to the user as incomprehensible texts or random symbols.
Important signs that warrant caution include: the screen lighting up suddenly, or hearing strange sounds during calls, which may indicate that the camera or microphone is being activated remotely by the spying entity.
