فقد الوسط النهضاوي كبير مشجعي النادي أحمد بن دعيج الدوسري، الذي توفي أمس الأول، وشيعه عدد من النهضاويين وأبناء مدينة الدمام بعد صلاة عصر أمس (السبت)، حيث أديت الصلاة على الفقيد في جامع الفرقان، ودفن في مقبرة الدمام الكبرى.
وعُرف عن الراحل الدوسري حبه وعشقه لنادي النهضة قبل أكثر من 60 عاماً، ويعتبر من أوائل مشجعي نادي النهضة منذ تأسيسه، وقريباً من النادي وحاضراً في جميع مباريات فريق النهضة رغم كبر سنه، رحمه الله. واعتاد النهضاويون على مشاهدته في المدرجات طوال تلك السنين.
وحظي الدوسري بالتكريم من قبل رؤساء نادي النهضة، في مقدمتهم الرئيس الراحل فيصل الشهيل، وكذلك رئيس نادي النهضة السابق لطفي الدوسري، والرئيس الحالي إبراهيم المولد، حيث تم تكريم الدوسري قبل نحو 6 أشهر في مقر النادي.
من جهته، قدم مجلس إدارة نادي النهضة برئاسة إبراهيم المولد أحر التعازي وصادق المواساة لأسرة الراحل أحمد بن دعيج الدوسري، سائلين المولى عز وجل أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته وأن يلهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان.
كما قدمت جمعية اللاعبين القدامى بالمنطقة الشرقية تعازيها لعائلة الراحل أحمد الدوسري، وقال رئيس الجمعية أحمد النباط: «إن الراحل كان مثالاً رائعاً في الأخلاق ومحبة الناس، وكان من أبرز مشجعي نادي النهضة عبر التاريخ، وله شعبية واسعة في المدرج النهضاوي».
The Al-Nahda community has lost a great supporter of the club, Ahmed bin Dhuwaij Al-Dosari, who passed away the day before yesterday. He was bid farewell by a number of Al-Nahda fans and residents of Dammam after the afternoon prayer yesterday (Saturday), where prayers were held for the deceased at Al-Furqan Mosque, and he was buried in the Greater Dammam Cemetery.
Al-Dosari was known for his love and passion for Al-Nahda Club for more than 60 years, and he is considered one of the first supporters of the club since its establishment. He was always close to the club and present at all of Al-Nahda's matches despite his old age, may God have mercy on him. The fans of Al-Nahda were accustomed to seeing him in the stands throughout those years.
Al-Dosari was honored by the presidents of Al-Nahda Club, including the late president Faisal Al-Shuhail, as well as the former president Lutfi Al-Dosari, and the current president Ibrahim Al-Mulaid. He was honored about 6 months ago at the club's headquarters.
For its part, the Board of Directors of Al-Nahda Club, headed by Ibrahim Al-Mulaid, extended its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the late Ahmed bin Dhuwaij Al-Dosari, asking the Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and to grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.
The Association of Former Players in the Eastern Province also offered its condolences to the family of the late Ahmed Al-Dosari. The president of the association, Ahmed Al-Nabat, stated: "The deceased was a wonderful example of ethics and love for people, and he was one of the most prominent supporters of Al-Nahda Club throughout history, enjoying wide popularity in the Al-Nahda stands."
