أعلنت وزارة الرياضة، اليوم (الثلاثاء) 10 مارس 2026، طرح فرصة استثمارية ضمن مبادرة «استثمار المنشآت الرياضية»، من خلال طرح كراسة الشروط والمواصفات لتشغيل وإدارة عدد من المنشآت الرياضية في منطقة مكة المكرمة، بعقد يمتد لمدة ثلاث سنوات، في خطوة تهدف لتعزيز الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص ورفع كفاءة تشغيل المنشآت الرياضية وتعظيم الاستفادة منها على مدار العام.
وتضم المنشآت المستهدفة للطرح، ملعب «الإنماء» بمدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة، وملعب مدينة الأمير عبدالله الفيصل بجدة، وملعب مدينة الملك عبدالعزيز بمكة المكرمة، إضافة إلى الصالة الرياضية المغلقة في مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة، بحيث يتولى المشغّل إدارة وتشغيل المنشآت التي تشمل المباريات، والفعاليات، والخدمات اليومية؛ لضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة والارتقاء بتجربة الجماهير، فيما تقوم الوزارة بالأعمال المناطة بها في جوانب الصيانة والإشراف.
ويتيح هذا المشروع فرصاً متنوعة لتحقيق الإيرادات من التذاكر المباعة، ومنافذ الأغذية والمشروبات، والضيافة، والإعلانات، وحقوق التسمية للمنشآت (باستثناء ملعب «الإنماء»)، إضافة إلى استضافة الفعاليات غير الرياضية والأنشطة المجتمعية المختلفة، ما يعكس التزام الوزارة بتمكين المستثمرين محلياً ودولياً، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية والمالية للمنشآت الرياضية، مع تطوير فرص جديدة في الرعاية والإعلانات والضيافة، بما يواكب مستهدفات تطوير القطاع الرياضي في المملكة.
ويهدف طرح هذه الفرصة الاستثمارية إلى تمكين القطاع الخاص محلياً ودولياً عبر توفير بيئة استثمارية محفزة، وبناء نموذج تشغيلي يمكن تطبيقه على بقية المنشآت الرياضية في المدن الرياضية، بما يسهم في رفع الكفاءة المالية والتشغيلية، وتعظيم العائد على الاستثمار، وتنمية مصادر دخل الأندية من خلال تفعيل الحقوق التجارية وابتكار فرص جديدة في مجالات الرعاية والإعلانات والضيافة.
ودعت الوزارة الشركات المتخصصة والراغبة في الاستثمار إلى التقديم عبر بوابة «فرص» في الفترة المحددة، والاستفادة من هذه الفرصة النوعية في أحد أبرز القطاعات الحيوية بالمملكة.
The Ministry of Sports announced today (Tuesday), March 10, 2026, the launch of an investment opportunity as part of the "Investment in Sports Facilities" initiative, by issuing a terms and specifications booklet for the operation and management of several sports facilities in the Makkah region, under a contract that extends for three years. This step aims to enhance partnership with the private sector, improve the operational efficiency of sports facilities, and maximize their utilization throughout the year.
The targeted facilities for this offering include the "Al-Inma" Stadium at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah, King Abdulaziz Stadium in Makkah, in addition to the indoor sports hall at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah. The operator will manage and operate these facilities, which include matches, events, and daily services, to ensure the provision of high-quality services and enhance the audience experience, while the ministry will handle its responsibilities in maintenance and supervision.
This project provides various opportunities to generate revenue from ticket sales, food and beverage outlets, hospitality, advertising, and naming rights for the facilities (except for the "Al-Inma" Stadium), in addition to hosting non-sporting events and various community activities. This reflects the ministry's commitment to empowering local and international investors, improving the operational and financial efficiency of sports facilities, and developing new opportunities in sponsorship, advertising, and hospitality, in line with the objectives of developing the sports sector in the Kingdom.
The aim of launching this investment opportunity is to enable the private sector locally and internationally by providing an attractive investment environment and building an operational model that can be applied to other sports facilities in sports cities, which contributes to enhancing financial and operational efficiency, maximizing return on investment, and developing sources of income for clubs by activating commercial rights and innovating new opportunities in sponsorship, advertising, and hospitality.
The ministry invites specialized companies interested in investing to apply through the "Opportunities" portal within the specified period and take advantage of this unique opportunity in one of the most vital sectors in the Kingdom.
