كشفت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني أن 22 دولة ستشارك في بطولة العالم للإطفاء والإنقاذ 2025 والتي ستقام في السعودية خلال الفترة من 26 أكتوبر 2025 حتى 1 نوفمبر 2025.
وتُقام البطولة تحت مظلة الاتحاد الدولي لرياضة رجال الإطفاء والمنقذين (ISFFR)، بتنظيم مشترك بين المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني والاتحاد الدولي.
وتشمل البطولة 4 مسابقات رئيسة هي: تسلّق السلم ذي الخطّاف، وسباق (100) متر مع الحواجز، وسباق التتابع (4×100) متر، بالإضافة إلى سباق المكافحة.
وجاءت الدول المشاركة على النحو التالي: (السعودية، الإمارات، البحرين، قطر، روسيا، إيران، النمسا، أذربيجان، بيلاروس، بوركينافاسو، بلغاريا، الكاميرون، الصين، كوت ديفوار، التشيك، كازاخستان، قيرغيزستان، منغوليا، سلوفاكيا، طاجكستان، أوزبكستان).
وتأتي استضافة المملكة لهذه البطولة العالمية في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز مكانتها الريادية في مجالات الدفاع المدني والسلامة العامة، وتطوير مهارات رجال الإطفاء والإنقاذ، وإبراز قدراتهم المهنية والبدنية في منافسات دولية، إلى جانب توسيع نطاق التعاون الدولي وتبادل الخبرات في هذا المجال الحيوي.
ويُتوقّع أن تشهد البطولة حضورًا واسعًا من المنتخبات المشاركة من آسيا وأوروبا وأفريقيا، بما يعكس الثقة الدولية في قدرة المملكة على تنظيم الفعاليات الرياضية المتخصّصة وفق أعلى المعايير الفنية والتنظيمية.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has revealed that 22 countries will participate in the World Fire and Rescue Championship 2025, which will be held in Saudi Arabia from October 26, 2025, to November 1, 2025.
The championship is held under the auspices of the International Sports Federation for Firefighters and Rescuers (ISFFR), organized jointly by the General Directorate of Civil Defense and the international federation.
The championship includes 4 main competitions: ladder climbing with hooks, a 100-meter obstacle race, a 4x100 meter relay race, in addition to a firefighting race.
The participating countries are as follows: (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Russia, Iran, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Bulgaria, Cameroon, China, Ivory Coast, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan).
The Kingdom's hosting of this global championship is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its leading position in the fields of civil defense and public safety, develop the skills of firefighters and rescuers, and showcase their professional and physical capabilities in international competitions, alongside expanding the scope of international cooperation and exchanging expertise in this vital field.
It is expected that the championship will witness a wide attendance from participating teams from Asia, Europe, and Africa, reflecting international confidence in the Kingdom's ability to organize specialized sports events according to the highest technical and organizational standards.
