The Saudi Football Federation announced the injury of player Abdulrahman Al-Aboud, star of our national football team, and his exclusion from the Green's squad, in an official statement published via the national team's account on the "X" platform.

The statement read as follows: "The national team’s head coach Hervé Renard has decided to exclude player Abdulrahman Al-Aboud from the Green's camp after the injury he sustained during training yesterday, Thursday."

The statement added: "Medical examinations conducted on player Abdulrahman Al-Aboud revealed an injury to the jaw, and the player was referred to a specialist doctor at a hospital in Jeddah to determine the appropriate treatment plan, in coordination between the medical teams of the national team and Al-Ittihad Club, in accordance with the procedures followed in such cases, with our wishes for the player to have a speedy recovery."

It is worth noting that Abdulrahman Al-Aboud sustained the injury during training after a collision with one of his teammates, injuring his face, and he was transferred to a hospital in Jeddah.
