استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل وزير الرياضة رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية، اليوم الاثنين 6 أكتوبر 2025م، لاعبي المنتخب السعودي تحت (19) عامًا وتحت (17) عامًا، والأجهزة الفنية والإدارية؛ بمناسبة تحقيقهم لقبَي كأس الخليج العربي لكرة القدم.
وقدم سموه المباركة للأجهزة الفنية والإدارية واللاعبين على هذين الإنجازين، مؤكداً أن هذه النجاحات تعد تجسيدًا للاهتمام الكبير والدعم الكريم الذي تحظى به رياضة المملكة من قبل القيادة الرشيدة -حفظها الله-، منوهًا في الوقت ذاته بالمستويات الفنية الكبيرة والروح العالية التي ظهر بها اللاعبون، والتي تبشر بمستقبل متميز للمنتخبات السعودية.
وكان المنتخب السعودي تحت (19) عامًا قد حقق لقب بطولة كأس الخليج العربي تحت (20) عامًا في نسختها الأولى، والتي أقيمت في مدينة أبها، فيما حقق المنتخب السعودي تحت (17) عامًا بطولة كأس الخليج العربي، والتي احتضنتها قطر، واختتمت منافساتها قبل أيام.

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, received today, Monday, October 6, 2025, the players of the Saudi national teams under (19) years old and under (17) years old, along with the technical and administrative staff; on the occasion of their achievement of the titles of the Arabian Gulf Cup in football.
His Highness congratulated the technical and administrative staff and the players on these achievements, affirming that these successes reflect the great interest and generous support that sports in the Kingdom receive from the wise leadership - may God protect it - while also highlighting the high technical levels and the strong spirit displayed by the players, which promise a distinguished future for Saudi teams.
The Saudi national team under (19) years old had won the title of the Arabian Gulf Cup under (20) years old in its first edition, which was held in the city of Abha, while the Saudi national team under (17) years old won the Arabian Gulf Cup, which was hosted by Qatar and concluded its competitions a few days ago.
