أكد رئيس رابطة الدوري الإسباني خافيير تيباس أن اللوائح الاقتصادية في «لا ليغا» أسهمت في استقرار الأندية ومنع إفلاس أي نادٍ رغم تحديات الدَّين الكبيرة.
وصرح تيباس قائلاً: «لدينا أكثر من 200 مادة تنظيمية، والرقابة الاقتصادية ببساطة هي حساب الإيرادات والمصروفات والديون الواجب سدادها، التلفزيون والمباريات والتجارة... لدينا 4 مصادر للإيرادات».
وأضاف أن تطبيق قواعد اللعب المالي النظيف سمح بزيادة 500 مليون يورو في سنة واحدة، ما مكن الأندية من إعادة هيكلة ديونها بدل إنفاق الأموال على اللاعبين والسيارات الفاخرة واليخوت، مؤكّداً أن النظام ساهم في حماية استقرار كرة القدم الإسبانية.

The president of the Spanish League, Javier Tebas, confirmed that the economic regulations in "La Liga" have contributed to the stability of clubs and prevented any club from going bankrupt despite significant debt challenges.
Tebas stated: "We have more than 200 regulatory provisions, and economic control is simply about calculating revenues, expenses, and debts that need to be paid, television, matches, and commerce... we have 4 sources of revenue."
He added that the implementation of financial fair play rules allowed for an increase of 500 million euros in one year, enabling clubs to restructure their debts instead of spending money on players, luxury cars, and yachts, affirming that the system has contributed to protecting the stability of Spanish football.
