يستضيف فريق الاتحاد السعودي نظيره شباب الأهلي الإماراتي عند الساعة الـ9:15 من مساء غد (الثلاثاء)، على ملعب الإنماء في جدة، ضمن الجولة الثانية من منافسات منطقة الغرب لبطولة كأس آسيا للنخبة.
وأكد مدرب الاتحاد حسن خليفة، في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي يسبق المباراة، أن لوائح البطولة تسمح بمشاركة جميع العناصر، بمن فيهم المحترفون من فئة المواليد، مشددا على جاهزيتهم للظهور في مواجهة الغد. كما توجه خليفة بالشكر إلى المدرب السابق لوران بلان والجهاز الفني المعاون له، تقديرا للعمل الذي قدمه خلال فترة إشرافه على الفريق، والذي أثمر عن تحقيق بطولتين وترك بصمة واضحة في سجل النادي.
من جانبه، شدد لاعب الاتحاد موسى ديابي على أن التركيز الكامل منصب حاليا على مواجهة شباب الأهلي، مشيرا إلى أن الفريق يتعامل مع المرحلة الراهنة بمعزل عن أي اعتبارات ماضية.
وفي سياق متصل، اختتم الاتحاد تحضيراته الميدانية بقيادة المدرب حسن خليفة، إذ شهدت الحصة التدريبية الأخيرة مشاركة حسن كادش بعد فترة من التدريبات الانفرادية، في المقابل غاب عن المران اللاعب الجزائري حسام عوار.

The Saudi Al-Ittihad team will host the UAE's Al-Ahli Youth team at 9:15 PM tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the second round of the Western Region competitions for the Elite Asian Cup.
Al-Ittihad coach Hassan Khalifa confirmed in the press conference preceding the match that the tournament regulations allow the participation of all players, including professionals from the birth category, emphasizing their readiness to appear in tomorrow's match. Khalifa also expressed his gratitude to former coach Laurent Blanc and his coaching staff, appreciating the work they did during their time overseeing the team, which resulted in winning two championships and leaving a clear mark in the club's record.
