أوضح المدير الفني لفريق النصر جورج جيسوس، أن فريقه كان قادراً على تسجيل أهداف أكثر في مواجهة الاتحاد ضمن الجولة الرابعة من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، مبيناً أن النتيجة لا تعكس حجم الفرص التي أُتيحت للاعبيه.
وأشار في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عُقد عقب اللقاء إلى أنه تفاجأ بالحضور الجماهيري الكبير لجماهير النصر في جدة، مفيداً أن ذلك يعد دافعاً إضافيّاً للاعبين داخل الملعب.
وأضاف جيسوس أن قبوله تدريب النصر جاء لرغبته في صناعة فريق منافس على مختلف البطولات، مؤكداً أن الفريق يمضي بخطى ثابتة نحو تحقيق أهدافه هذا الموسم.
واختتم تصريحه بتأكيد أن كرة القدم لا تعترف بالفرص الضائعة بقدر ما تعترف بالنتيجة النهائية، وهو ما نجح النصر في حسمه خلال المباراة.

Jesus added that his acceptance of the Al-Nassr coaching position came from his desire to build a competitive team across various tournaments, affirming that the team is making steady progress towards achieving its goals this season.
He concluded his statement by emphasizing that football does not recognize missed opportunities as much as it recognizes the final result, which Al-Nassr successfully secured during the match.
