واصلت لجنة الحكام في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم جهودها في تطوير وتأهيل الحكام الواعدين، إذ شارك (475) حكماً في قيادة مباريات دوريات البراعم للفئات السنية تحت (11 و12 و13 و14 عاماً)، خلال منافسات الموسم الماضي 2024 - 2025.
ويأتي ذلك ضمن رؤية الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم لصقل المواهب التحكيمية الشابة، ومنحها الفرصة لاكتساب الخبرات الميدانية عبر إدارة المباريات التنافسية، بما يسهم في إعدادهم للمستويات العليا في المستقبل، وبما يسهم في تحقيق خطط الاتحاد للارتقاء بمستوى الحكام السعوديين، وتقديم المزيد منهم للمسابقات الإقليمية والقارية والدولية.
وضمن خطط الاتحاد السعودي لتطوير التحكيم، خضع الحكام الواعدون مؤخراً لـ (4) دورات إعداد حضورية أقيمت في مدينة الخبر، واستمرت كل منها (3) أيام، بالإضافة إلى إقامة (8) دورات «عن بُعد»، و(11) زيارة للمناطق تم خلالها تقسيمهم إلى مجموعات لتلقي محاضرات نظرية وتطبيقات عملية وقياسات بدنية ولياقية وفنية تحت إشراف نخبة من المحاضرين.
يذكر أن الموسم الماضي شهد تولي الحكام الواعدين قيادة (4335) مباراة، موزعة على (832) مباراة في دوري البراعم تحت (11) عاماً، (882) مباراة في دوري البراعم تحت (12) عاماً، (1184) مباراة في دوري البراعم تحت (13) عاماً، و (1437) مباراة في دوري البراعم تحت (14) عاماً.
ويعكس هذا العدد من المباريات للحكام الواعدين ثقة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم في الكفاءات الشابة، التي يتم إعدادها وفق خطة واضحة لتطوير قدراتها التحكيمية، علماً بأنه بعد نهاية هذه المسابقات وضعت لجنة الحكام خطة، تم من خلالها تصعيد (165) حكماً و (185) حكماً مساعداً للمشاركة في مسابقات الفئات السنية الأعلى تحت (15)، (16)، (17) و (18) عاماً.

The Referees Committee of the Saudi Football Federation continued its efforts to develop and qualify promising referees, as (475) referees participated in officiating matches in the youth leagues for age categories under (11, 12, 13, and 14 years), during the competitions of the last season 2024 - 2025.
This comes as part of the Saudi Football Federation's vision to refine young refereeing talents and provide them with the opportunity to gain field experience through managing competitive matches, which contributes to preparing them for higher levels in the future, and helps achieve the federation's plans to elevate the level of Saudi referees and provide more of them for regional, continental, and international competitions.
As part of the Saudi Federation's plans to develop refereeing, the promising referees recently underwent (4) in-person training courses held in the city of Khobar, each lasting (3) days, in addition to conducting (8) "remote" courses, and (11) regional visits during which they were divided into groups to receive theoretical lectures and practical applications, as well as physical, fitness, and technical assessments under the supervision of a select group of instructors.
It is worth noting that the last season saw promising referees officiating (4335) matches, distributed across (832) matches in the under (11) years league, (882) matches in the under (12) years league, (1184) matches in the under (13) years league, and (1437) matches in the under (14) years league.
This number of matches for the promising referees reflects the Saudi Football Federation's confidence in the young talents being prepared according to a clear plan to develop their refereeing capabilities. It is known that after the end of these competitions, the Referees Committee devised a plan through which (165) referees and (185) assistant referees were promoted to participate in the higher age category competitions under (15), (16), (17), and (18) years.
