نفى رئيس نادي لانس الفرنسي جوزيف أوغورليان الأنباء المتداولة بشأن تقديم ناديه عرضًا رسميًا للتعاقد مع النجم السعودي سعود عبدالحميد، ظهير نادي روما الإيطالي.
وقال أوغورليان في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»: «غير صحيح أن لانس تقدم بعرض للتعاقد مع سعود عبد الحميد».
وكان سعود عبد الحميد قد انتقل إلى روما خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية، في صفقة بلغت قيمتها نحو 2.5 مليون يورو، بحسب موقع «ترانسفير ماركت»، ويمتد عقده مع النادي حتى 30 يونيو 2028.
ويُقدّر الموقع ذاته القيمة السوقية للاعب الدولي السعودي بـ3 ملايين يورو، وشارك هذا الموسم في 8 مباريات بمختلف المسابقات، بإجمالي 380 دقيقة، سجّل خلالها هدفًا وصنع آخر.
وأعلن روما مطلع الشهر الجاري تعاقده مع المدرب جيان بييرو جاسبيريني لقيادة الفريق حتى عام 2028، خلفًا للمدرب المخضرم كلاوديو رانييري.
وأنهى روما موسمه في الدوري الإيطالي 2024-2025 برصيد 69 نقطة، جمعها من 20 انتصارًا و9 تعادلات و9 هزائم، بينما تُوّج نابولي باللقب بعد وصوله إلى 82 نقطة.
The president of French club Lens, Joseph Ougourlian, denied the circulating news regarding his club making an official offer to sign Saudi star Saud Abdulhamid, the left-back of Italian club Roma.
Ougourlian stated in a special comment to "Okaz": "It is not true that Lens has made an offer to sign Saud Abdulhamid."
Saud Abdulhamid had transferred to Roma during the last summer transfer window, in a deal valued at around 2.5 million euros, according to "Transfermarkt," and his contract with the club extends until June 30, 2028.
The same site estimates the market value of the Saudi international player at 3 million euros, and he has participated this season in 8 matches across various competitions, totaling 380 minutes, during which he scored one goal and assisted another.
Roma announced earlier this month the signing of coach Gian Piero Gasperini to lead the team until 2028, succeeding veteran coach Claudio Ranieri.
Roma finished their season in the Italian league 2024-2025 with a total of 69 points, collected from 20 wins, 9 draws, and 9 losses, while Napoli was crowned champion after reaching 82 points.
