أطلق الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم منصة الحكام التعليمية، والتي تعد مرجعا تعليميا رقميا متخصصا في تطوير أداء الحكام ونشر الثقافة التحكيمية على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي الدولي، من خلال إتاحة أكثر من 1000 فيديو تعليمي من المباريات، مصنفة حسب حالات تحكيمية متنوعة.
وتم تطوير المنصة بالتعاون بين إدارة الحكام وإدارة تقنية المعلومات في الاتحاد السعودي ضمن سلسلة من المنصات الإلكترونية التابعة لنظام MySAFF الذي يقدم أدوات رقمية حديثة تُسهم في تطوير العمل داخل الاتحاد.
وتهدف المنصة إلى تمكين الحكام من الوصول إلى محتوى تعليمي وتدريبي دقيق يتم تحديثه باستمرار، كما يعزز قدرتهم على تفسير الحالات واتخاذ القرارات بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية المعتمدة.
وتُعد المنصة مكتبة علمية مرجعية، تتيح للحكام البحث والوصول بسهولة إلى الحالات المصنفة ضمن ستة تصنيفات رئيسية هي: التنافس، منطقة الجزاء، الأخطاء التكتيكية، لمسات اليد، إدارة المباريات، والحكام المساعدون، مع إمكانية إعادة مشاهدة الحالات التي تم تحليلها مسبقًا والاطلاع على التوصيات الفنية المتفق عليها من قبل فريق المحاضرين المعتمدين في الاتحاد.
ولا تقتصر الاستفادة من المنصة على الحكام فقط، بل هي متاحة لجميع المهتمين بمنظومة كرة القدم، حيث يمكن لأي مستخدم التسجيل والاطلاع على كامل محتواها بهدف التوعية وتوسيع المعرفة بالمسائل التحكيمية.

The Saudi Football Federation has launched the educational referees platform, which is a specialized digital educational reference aimed at developing the performance of referees and spreading refereeing culture at both local and international regional levels, by providing more than 1,000 educational videos from matches, categorized according to various refereeing situations.
The platform was developed in collaboration between the Referees Department and the Information Technology Department of the Saudi Federation as part of a series of electronic platforms affiliated with the MySAFF system, which offers modern digital tools that contribute to improving operations within the federation.
The platform aims to enable referees to access accurate educational and training content that is continuously updated, as well as enhance their ability to interpret situations and make decisions in line with established international standards.
The platform serves as a reference scientific library, allowing referees to easily search for and access cases classified into six main categories: competition, penalty area, tactical fouls, hand touches, match management, and assistant referees, with the ability to re-watch previously analyzed cases and review the technical recommendations agreed upon by the certified instructors' team in the federation.
The benefits of the platform are not limited to referees only; it is available to all those interested in the football system, as any user can register and access its full content for the purpose of raising awareness and expanding knowledge about refereeing issues.
