تأهل بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني لدور الـ16 لمونديال الأندية، بعد فوزه على أولسان هيونداي الكوري الجنوبي بهدف دون مقابل وتصدر المجموعة السادسة، وحلّ فلومينينسي البرازيلي ثانياً بعد تعادله سلبياً مع صن داونز الجنوب أفريقي، في ختام لقاءات الجولة الثالثة للمجموعة السادسة في كأس العالم للأندية المقامة حالياً في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
على ملعب تي كيو إل، تغلب بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني على أولسان هيونداي بهدف دون مقابل عن طريق اللاعب دانيال سفينسون (د:36)، ليحقق دورتموند فوزه الثاني ويصل للنقطة السابعة متصدراً لفرق المجموعة ومتأهلاً لدور الـ16، فيما تلقى أولسان خسارته الثالثة وغادر البطولة دون أي نقطة وبثلاث خسائر.
وعلى استاد هارد روك، انتهت مواجهة فلومينينسي البرازيلي مع صن داونز الجنوب أفريقي بالتعادل السلبي، ليحتل فلومينينسي المركز الثاني برصيد 5 نقاط حصدها من فوز وتعادلين ليتأهل برفقة المتصدر دورتموند لدور الـ16، فيما وصل فريق صن داونز للنقطة الرابعة من تعادل وفوز وخسارة وغادر منافسات البطولة.

Borussia Dortmund of Germany qualified for the Round of 16 of the Club World Cup after defeating Ulsan Hyundai of South Korea by one goal to none, topping Group 6. Brazilian Fluminense came in second after drawing 0-0 with South Africa's Sundowns, in the final matches of the third round of Group 6 in the Club World Cup currently taking place in the United States.
At TQL Stadium, Borussia Dortmund defeated Ulsan Hyundai with a goal from player Daniel Svensson (36'), achieving their second victory and reaching seven points, leading the group and qualifying for the Round of 16. Meanwhile, Ulsan suffered their third loss and exited the tournament without any points and with three defeats.
At Hard Rock Stadium, the match between Brazilian Fluminense and South Africa's Sundowns ended in a goalless draw, placing Fluminense in second place with 5 points earned from one win and two draws, qualifying alongside group leader Dortmund for the Round of 16, while Sundowns reached four points from one draw, one win, and one loss and exited the tournament.
