وسجل فيليكس نميشا والغيني سيرهو جيراسي والإنجليزي جوبي بيلينغهام وخوليسو موداو مدافع صن داونز خطأ بمرماه في الدقائق (16، 34، 45، 60) أهداف بوروسيا دورتموند، والبرازيلي لوكاس ريبيرو وإكرام راينرز وليبو موثيبا في الدقائق (12، 62، 90) أهداف صن داونز.
ورفع دورتموند بهذا الفوز رصيده إلى (4) نقاط في المركز الأول بعد تعادله في الجولة الافتتاحية أمام فلومينينسي البرازيلي دون أهداف، الذي يلتقي أولسان الكوري الجنوبي في وقت لاحق اليوم، فيما تجمد رصيد صن داونز عند (3) نقاط في المركز الثاني مؤقتاً.
