توّج وزير الرياضة الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل، فريق مدرسة الحافظ الحكمي من الرياض، بطلاً لبطولة نخبة دوري المدارس لكرة القدم (تحت 15 عاماً)، بعد فوزه في النهائي على مدرسة صهيب الرومي، بنتيجة 3-2، في اللقاء الذي أقيم على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة.
وجاءت المباراة الختامية مثيرة في أحداثها، وفرض لاعبو «الحافظ الحكمي» سيطرتهم خلال الشوط الأول، وتقدموا بهدفين دون مقابل، قبل أن تشتد المنافسة في الشوط الثاني، وتنتهي المواجهة بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدفين، لصالح الفريق العاصمي.
وشهدت البطولة حضور عدد من القيادات التعليمية والرياضية، في إطار الشراكة بين وزارتَي التعليم والرياضة، لدعم اكتشاف المواهب وتعزيز الرياضة المدرسية، كرافد للمنتخبات الوطنية في المستقبل.
وتميّز لاعبو «الحافظ الحكمي»، بتألقهم على الصعيدين الجماعي والفردي، إذ حصد اللاعب ماجد الشهراني جائزة هداف البطولة، بينما نال زميله حسين بخيت جائزة أفضل لاعب، ما يعكس تميز الفريق على أكثر من مستوى.
ويُعد هذا الإنجاز تأكيداً على الدور المتصاعد للرياضة المدرسية في تنمية المهارات، واكتشاف عناصر واعدة تسهم في إثراء المشهد الرياضي السعودي، ضمن مسارات التطوير التي تتبناها رؤية المملكة 2030.
Sports Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal crowned the Al-Hafez Al-Hakami School team from Riyadh as the champion of the Elite School League Football Championship (under 15 years old), after their victory in the final against the Suhaib Al-Roumi School, with a score of 3-2, in the match held at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
The final match was exciting in its events, with the players of "Al-Hafez Al-Hakami" asserting their dominance during the first half, leading by two goals to none, before the competition intensified in the second half, ending the encounter with three goals to two in favor of the capital team.
The championship witnessed the presence of several educational and sports leaders, as part of the partnership between the Ministries of Education and Sports, to support talent discovery and enhance school sports as a feeder for national teams in the future.
The players of "Al-Hafez Al-Hakami" distinguished themselves with their performance both collectively and individually, as player Majid Al-Shahrani won the top scorer award, while his teammate Hussein Bakheet received the best player award, reflecting the team's excellence on multiple levels.
This achievement confirms the growing role of school sports in developing skills and discovering promising talents that contribute to enriching the Saudi sports scene, within the development paths adopted by Vision 2030.
