The arbitration panel has decided - by majority - to penalize (Al-Orouba Club) with a loss of the match result held between it and (Al-Nasr Club) on 28/2/2025, as part of the Roshen Saudi Professional League, in addition to imposing a fine of 50,000 riyals, according to the decision received by the Saudi Football Federation from the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center regarding the expedited arbitration dispute filed with the center between the Al-Nasr Club Company (claimant), Al-Orouba Club (first respondent), and the Saudi Football Federation (second respondent). The arbitration panel issued the following decision:

First: The arbitration panel unanimously accepted the request for expedited arbitration (by consensus).

Second: The arbitration panel - by majority - annulled the decision of the Appeals Committee of the Saudi Football Federation No. (4/L E S/2025) dated 29/3/2025.

Third: The arbitration panel decided - by majority - to penalize the first respondent (Al-Orouba Club) with a loss of the match result held between it and the claimant (Al-Nasr Club) on 28/2/2025, as part of the Roshen Saudi Professional League, in addition to a financial penalty of (50,000) riyals.

Fourth: The arbitration panel decided - by majority - to charge both respondents (Al-Orouba Club) and (the Saudi Football Federation) with the financial costs arising from the submission of the expedited arbitration request before the center, equally between the two parties.

Fifth: All other requests were rejected (by majority).

Sixth: This ruling is considered final and binding for all parties involved in the dispute, and is not subject to appeal before any internal or external authority, and is final for execution purposes.

According to paragraph (1-A-C) of (Article 61) of the Articles of Association of the Saudi Football Federation, which states:

A- “The Saudi Sports Arbitration Center is the highest judicial authority competent to consider and/or adjudicate and/or mediate exclusively in all sports disputes or those related to sports, after exhausting the internal appeal means within the federation in accordance with this system and its regulations.”

C- “The decisions of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center are final and binding and not subject to appeal before any local or international authority.”

Accordingly, the Saudi Football Federation affirms its commitment to take all necessary executive measures to implement the decision and notify the Saudi Professional League Association.

The Saudi Football Federation emphasizes in this context its continuous commitment to respect final decisions and adhere to the highest standards of governance and transparency, which enhances the system of justice and sports judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
