توّج فريق باريس سان جرمان بطلاً لكأس فرنسا لكرة القدم للمرة السادسة عشرة في تاريخه، إثر فوزه السهل على فريق رينس (3 - 0)، في المباراة النهائية على ملعب سان دوني في ضواحي باريس.
وسجل برادلي باركولا في الدقيقتين (17 و19)، والمغربي أشرف حكيمي في الدقيقة (43)، ليحصد فريق العاصمة الفرنسية الثنائية المحلية (الدوري والكأس) للعام الثاني توالياً في سعيه إلى الثلاثية كونه يخوض نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا ضد إنتر الإيطالي في 31 مايو الجاري في ميونيخ.
وهي المرة السادسة التي يحرز فيها سان جرمان الثنائية المحلية بعد أعوام (2015 - 2016 - 2018 - 2020 - 2024).
ويسعى سان جرمان إلى إحراز باكورة ألقابه في المسابقة الأوروبية الأهم، ليصبح ثاني فريق فرنسي يتوّج باللقب منذ أن نجح في ذلك فريق مرسيليا عام (1993) بفوزه على فريق ميلان الإيطالي (1 - 0) في ميونيخ أيضاً.
وأدى فوز باريس سان جرمان باللقب إلى تأهل فريق ليون للمشاركة في الدوري الأوروبي (يوروبا ليغ) كونه حل في المركز السادس، في حين سيخوض فريق ستراسبورغ السابع تصفيات كونفرنس ليغ.

Paris Saint-Germain was crowned the champion of the French Cup for the sixteenth time in its history, following an easy victory over Reims (3 - 0) in the final match at the Stade de France in the suburbs of Paris.
Bradley Barcola scored in the 17th and 19th minutes, and Moroccan Achraf Hakimi added another goal in the 43rd minute, allowing the French capital team to secure the domestic double (league and cup) for the second consecutive year in its pursuit of a treble, as it is set to face Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League final on May 31 in Munich.
This is the sixth time that PSG has achieved the domestic double after the years (2015 - 2016 - 2018 - 2020 - 2024).
PSG aims to secure its first title in the most prestigious European competition, becoming the second French team to win the title since Marseille succeeded in doing so in 1993 by defeating AC Milan (1 - 0) in Munich as well.
