أعلنت الإدارة الفنية بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم المعايير الرسمية للرخص التدريبية الخاصة بالمدربين والمدربات العاملين في «دوري الدرجة الممتازة للسيدات» للموسم الرياضي المقبل 2025-2026، وذلك ضمن جهود تطوير كرة القدم النسائية ورفع كفاءة الكوادر الفنية العاملة في المسابقة.
ووفقاً للتصنيف المعتمد، يشترط في المدرب الرئيسي للفريق الحصول على الرخصة الآسيوية (PRO) أو ما يعادلها وفقاً لاتفاقية التعليم الآسيوي، وهي أعلى درجات التأهيل الفني المتاحة على المستوى القاري. أما مساعد المدرب فيتوجب أن يحمل الرخصة الآسيوية (A) أو ما يعادلها، في حين يُشترط على المدربة المساعدة السعودية في الجهاز الفني امتلاك الرخصة الآسيوية (B) أو ما يعادلها.
وفي الإطار ذاته، حددت اللائحة ضرورة وجود متخصصين في الجوانب الفنية المساندة، إذ يُشترط على مدرب اللياقة نيل شهادة تخصصية في تدريب اللياقة البدنية – المستوى الأول (B1)، بينما يتطلب منصب مدرب الحراس الحصول على شهادة تخصصية في تدريب حراس المرمى (التمهيدية)، في حين يُلزم محلل الفيديو بالحصول على شهادة تخصصية في التحليل الفني.
وتأتي هذه المعايير جزءاً من خارطة التطوير الفني لكرة القدم النسائية التي تنتهجها الإدارة الفنية بالاتحاد؛ بهدف ضمان بيئة احترافية ورفع جودة الأداء داخل الأندية، وتعزيز فرص تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية من خلال مسارات تدريبية ممنهجة وشهادات معترف بها قاريّاً ودوليّاً.

The technical administration of the Saudi Football Federation has announced the official criteria for coaching licenses for male and female coaches working in the "Women's Premier League" for the upcoming sports season 2025-2026, as part of efforts to develop women's football and enhance the efficiency of the technical staff working in the competition.
According to the approved classification, the head coach of the team is required to obtain the Asian license (PRO) or its equivalent according to the Asian Education Agreement, which is the highest level of technical qualification available at the continental level. The assistant coach must hold the Asian license (A) or its equivalent, while the Saudi female assistant coach in the technical staff is required to possess the Asian license (B) or its equivalent.
In this context, the regulations specify the necessity of having specialists in supporting technical aspects, as the fitness coach is required to obtain a specialized certificate in physical fitness training – level one (B1), while the goalkeeper coach must obtain a specialized certificate in goalkeeper training (preparatory). Additionally, the video analyst is required to have a specialized certificate in technical analysis.
These criteria are part of the technical development roadmap for women's football pursued by the technical administration of the federation; aimed at ensuring a professional environment, improving performance quality within clubs, and enhancing opportunities for empowering national talents through structured training pathways and certificates recognized at the continental and international levels.
