واصل القادسية تمسكه بالمركز الثالث ومطاردته للوصيف بعد فوزه على ضيفه العروبة بثلاثة أهداف لهدف، في اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما على استاد الأمير محمد بن فهد بالدمام، ضمن لقاءات الجولة الـ33 من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين.
شهد اللقاء بداية قوية من الضيوف العروبة بحثاً عن النقاط الثلاث لإحياء آماله بالبقاء في دوري المحترفين، فيما اعتمد القادسية على الهجمات المرتدة، وكاد العروبة يحرز الهدف الأول لكن تسديدة مهند أبو طه ارتطمت في الحارس كوين كاستليس وذهبت لركلة زاوية، ومن هجمة منظمة للقادسية انطلق أوباميانغ من الجهة اليمنى ولعبها عرضية عالية ولعبها جوليان كينيونيس برأسه لترتطم بالمدافع إسماعيل قندوس ويسددها جوليان أرضية قوية تمر من بين قدمي الحارس غايتان كوكي هدفاً أول للقادسية (د:65)، وواصل القادسية ضغطه على مرمى العروبة لينطلق أوباميانغ بالكرة من منتصف الملعب ويمررها لزميله جوليان الذي يلعبها عرضية عالية ويضعها أوباميانغ برأسه في المرمى هدفاً ثانياً للقادسية (د:77)، ولم يتوقف الضغط القدساوي، فبعد مجهود فردي رائع من محمد أبو الشامات الذي مرر الكرة لزميله أوباميانغ الذي راوغ الدفاع وسددها أرضية قوية على يسار الحارس كوكي هدفاً ثالثاً للقادسية (د:88)، وتمكن العروبة من تقليص الفارق في الوقت بدل الضائع بعد تمريرة ذكية من مهند أبو طه ليكسر عمر السومة مصيدة التسلل ويواجه الحارس كوين كاستليس ليسددها قوية في المرمى هدفاً للعروبة (د:90+4)، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز القادسية بثلاثة أهداف لهدف.
وبهذه النتيجة يحقق القادسية انتصاره الـ21 ويصل للنقطة الـ68 في المركز الثالث بفارق ثلاث نقاط عن الوصيف الهلال، فيما تلقى العروبة الخسارة الـ21 وتجمد رصيده عند 30 نقطة في المركز الـ16، وفي الجولة القادمة (الأخيرة) سيلتقي القادسية مضيّفه الهلال، فيما يواجه العروبة ضيفه التعاون.

Al-Qadisiyah continued to hold onto third place and chase the runner-up after defeating their guest Al-Orobah with three goals to one, in the match that took place at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, as part of the 33rd round of the Roshen Saudi Professional League.
The match witnessed a strong start from the visiting team Al-Orobah, seeking the three points to revive their hopes of staying in the professional league, while Al-Qadisiyah relied on counter-attacks. Al-Orobah nearly scored the first goal, but Muhannad Abu Taha's shot hit the goalkeeper Quinn Castilles and went for a corner kick. From a well-organized attack by Al-Qadisiyah, Aubameyang launched from the right side and delivered a high cross, which Julian Quinones headed, hitting defender Ismail Qandous, and Julian shot it powerfully on the ground, passing between the legs of goalkeeper Gaitan Koki for the first goal for Al-Qadisiyah (65'). Al-Qadisiyah continued to pressure Al-Orobah's goal, as Aubameyang took the ball from the midfield and passed it to his teammate Julian, who sent in a high cross that Aubameyang headed into the net for the second goal for Al-Qadisiyah (77'). The pressure from Al-Qadisiyah did not stop, as after a brilliant individual effort from Mohamed Abu Al-Shamat, who passed the ball to his teammate Aubameyang, who dribbled past the defense and shot it powerfully to the left of goalkeeper Koki for the third goal for Al-Qadisiyah (88'). Al-Orobah managed to reduce the deficit in stoppage time after a clever pass from Muhannad Abu Taha, allowing Omar Al-Soma to break the offside trap and face goalkeeper Quinn Castilles, shooting it powerfully into the net for Al-Orobah's goal (90+4'). The match ended with Al-Qadisiyah winning three goals to one.
With this result, Al-Qadisiyah achieves its 21st victory and reaches 68 points in third place, three points behind the runner-up Al-Hilal, while Al-Orobah suffered its 21st loss, freezing its tally at 30 points in 16th place. In the upcoming (final) round, Al-Qadisiyah will face its host Al-Hilal, while Al-Orobah will host Al-Taawoun.
