وأعادت التقارير المتداولة تسليط الضوء على الملف الاستثماري المقدم إلى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة عبر شركة دراية المالية، متضمناً عرضاً للاستحواذ على 50% من أسهم شركة النصر، ضمن تحالف يضم خمس شركات هي: ريدبيرد الأمريكية، وشركة تابعة لإبراهيم المهيدب، والوسائل السعودية SMC، ولمال القابضة، إلى جانب شركة مرتبطة بالنجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو.
ويتضمن التصور المتداول نسبة 20% مرتبطة بشركة رونالدو في حال تفعيل المسار، دون إعلان رسمي يؤكد اعتمادها أو إتمام اتفاق نهائي.

The circulating reports have brought attention back to the investment file submitted to the Public Investment Fund through Durayah Financial Company, which includes an offer to acquire 50% of Al-Nassr's shares, as part of a coalition that includes five companies: American RedBird, a company affiliated with Ibrahim Al-Muhaideb, Saudi Media Company (SMC), Mal Holding, along with a company linked to Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
The circulating proposal includes a 20% stake associated with Ronaldo's company in case the pathway is activated, without any official announcement confirming its approval or the completion of a final agreement.
In a notable development, "Okaz" sources confirmed that Al-Nassr has settled all its debts and dues, in addition to covering the obligations for the upcoming season in advance, including salaries, in a move that enhances its financial readiness for the upcoming investment phase.
On the administrative and technical front, the executive committee of the company continues to work in harmony with the Portuguese executive management to improve the club's conditions, enhance stability, and prepare it for the upcoming phase.
