أثار مالك نادي الخلود بن هاربورغ جدلًا عبر منصة «إكس» بعد تعليقه على قميص نادي الاتفاق، واصفًا إياه بأنه «أقبح قميص شاهده على الإطلاق»، رغم تأكيده احترامه وتقديره للاتفاقيين.
ولم يتأخر الرد الاتفاقي، إذ أكد المتحدث باسم النادي خالد الناصر أن إدارة الاتفاق ستتخذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية والنظامية اللازمة؛ للمحافظة على سمعة النادي وهويته.
وقال الناصر: «إشارةً إلى تغريدة الأستاذ بنجامين بن هاربورغ مالك نادي الخلود، يؤكد نادي الاتفاق أنه سيتخذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية والنظامية اللازمة للحفاظ على سمعة النادي وهويته».
ويأتي الرد الرسمي بعد موجة من التفاعل مع تغريدة مالك الخلود، التي انتقد خلالها القميص الذي ظهر به لاعبو الاتفاق، لتتحول المسألة من رأي حول تصميم القميص إلى تحرك قانوني مرتقب من جانب الإدارة الاتفاقية.

Al-Nasser stated: "In reference to the tweet by Mr. Benjamin Ben Harborg, owner of Al-Khulood Club, Al-Ittifaq Club confirms that it will take all necessary legal and regulatory actions to maintain the club's reputation and identity."
The official response comes after a wave of reactions to the tweet from the owner of Al-Khulood, in which he criticized the jersey worn by Al-Ittifaq players, turning the issue from an opinion about the jersey design into an anticipated legal move from the Ittifaq management.
